Came here for lunch unexpectedly with a friend. Have to completely recommend the home baked chicken and mushroom pie. It was out of this world served with a tasty side salad with a creamy lemon dressing. Try their dirty chai too (chai latte with a shot of espresso ) service is great and atmosphere interesting with the channel museum attached. I will be back âï¸ Thanks so much for your great review Maggie. Looking forward to see you again

Seventeen floors above the River Derwent, The Point Revolving restaurant at Wrest Point radiates 'special occasion.' When the doors open for lunch, high tea or dinner and the view unfolds, you'll understand why The Point has been a backdrop of memorable d
Had a Friday lunch to celebrate my wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary, waiters very welcoming, friendly and professional.Decor is modern, relaxing muted tones that do not conflict with the stunning views.Meals where excellent well presented and cooked to a high standard and delicious.Nice touches with a small pre entree treat also chocolate treat after desert. At $69 dollars plus drinks a head for a 3 course meal was great value.

If i didn't know any better I was back in Paris walking the streets and enjoying the exquisite baking that only they can do. The display of cakes and pastries is amazing and the cafe was buzzing. Great service, good coffee but the croissants were terrific and so was the Danish. I'm going back for macarons and maybe some croissants to take home. I wish there was this type of cafe in the north west of Tasmania I'd be a very happy person.

FICO had been talked up in reviews and I think they are resting on these rather than producing the goods. Shared &/or large tables may be trendy but not for all. Set menu was a good idea but short on variety, flavours and bulk. Service was reasonable but a bit detached. Over-rated

We selected the Chefs Menu which consisted of seven delicious, balanced courses, commencing with oysters, followed by tuna, chorizo, quail, bettroot tartare, steak and rounded off by strawberry mousse. Excellent flavours in each course, well spaced out, to maximise enjoyment. Staff friendly and efficient. A wonderful evening.
