Two of us had a meal here on recommendations. Very courteous staff. Had the two course option for ¥5,000 each. Had extra massive crab claw to share, definitely worth the extra. Did not have to wait long for food and my clam chowder was superb, ice and creamy=rich. Had a steak to follow, really tender. English bar tender, Chris, was very amusing and charming, as were all the staff. Definitely best meal we had in Hirafu.

Musu is a Bistro in Niseko Hirafu serving breakfast and barista coffee until 11.30 and lunch from 11.30 to 14.30. Come and enjoy you dish on a nice deck on sunny days or a fresh indoor space.

This is an excellent restaurant in all respects. The dinner is top notch and a little pricey but worth it. They do weekday lunch specials which are excellent value and you would normally pay double for the meals offered including Pork, Salmon, Pasta, Venison or Steak during August, from 1200 JPY, and add 600 to include salad, soup and dessert. There are free flow teas and bread table. It's a lovely venue and staff are professional and discreet. Top notch !
Cozy dining in Rusutsu Lodges -Lilla Huset- Open 4PM to 9PM
Wow. We went to Izakawa, and also the Pirate place because they had great reviews- neither compare to the unassuming red house restaurant. Chef Giulio is Italian and knows how to make some incredible food. We had an off the menu risotto that might as well have been made right in Italy. We also had traditional Japanese Hokke, that was done sooo well. Thank goodness for this place!! Great bar selection too! Highly recommended!

We had the lunch vegetable buffet with main course. Itâs JPY 1,550 before tax. The vegetable buffet offers many choices and even include desserts from milk kobo such as the butter cake. The main course offered was chicken, salmon and two pasta courses. The food was delicious with unbeatable view. Highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Niseko. This place is accessible via the local bus. The bus stop is Milk Kobo

My wife and I treated ourselves to Kamimura for her birthday. The entire experience was superb, from the moment Jack greeted us at the entrance and guided us to our table, chatting charmingly. Wiggy served us, with the right balance of engagement and stay-back. Her description of the complex combinations of ingredients were superb. We went for the wine pairings with the set course, and the sommelier was really great. She had picked very interesting wines, some Japanese ones (watch out for J-wines, they will be great in 10 years). We loved it. The entire restaurant joined my jovially when I burst out into song (happy birthday), as Wiggy set down desert, with a sparkling candle set into the ice cream. Kamimura himself came to say hello at the end, he was charming and deservingly proud of his âproductâ, including his team that delivers the service. Great night

During the recent tail-end of typhoon, we braved stormy weather to come and dine at this Michelin starred restaurant. An severe disappointment given all the past great reviews. First of all. ambience in the restaurant is so 90's. Cheap furniture which gave a clinical feel.Having opted for the "Luxe" menu we found the second dish resembled an over boiled cabbage with diluted soya-sauce, sad to say it didn't taste like anything else. Worthy of note, the corn soup and the main course which included local beef. No doubt the ingredients were fresh, but there was no "wow" factor. All the restaurants in this area that we have been to, including much less expensive establishments have fresh ingredients - that should be a given. For the price, you get equal if not better quality in places like the Barn by Odin and much friendly, more engaging staff. Not impressed.
