We came to this restaurant after having dinner at the neighbors and waited 1.5 hrs for our food....This place only had a few tables and when busy you have to wait a little while before you get your food. But no longer than 30 min.Food is freshly prepared and very tasteful. Staff is nice and relaxed and we ate here every day after our first visit.So even though the place opposite has higher rankings this place should be on your list for food and drinks!!

We tried the sunset bar for a cocktail. The landscape is amazing, the bar has a relaxed and cozy feeling. Regarding the cocktails they were the worst we ever had. I asked for specials with coconut and the waiter tried to explain something about the barmen being out, but I hardly understood it frenchglish. We got a Mojito in a small glass without a single drop of lime juice and a daiquiri that tasted like bleach. I even tried to ask for some changes but easily understood that the 'bartender' never even googled the cocktail recipes. One sip, sun gone, we're gone too.bonjour Fred, thanks to visit our lounge bar, i am very sorry about what you feel and i want to apologies about the poor experience you hade at the horizon resort. the bartender was out for his visa, we found someone that was supposed to sell only beers and call our manager to make the coctailsIt seems like he gets the bad idear to try to do it by himselfâ¦Your reports will help us to improve the quality of our service. if there is a next time, please visit us again to have a free and nice cocktail (tasty this time)All the bestStephane

Location is very good, straight next to the peter pan resort and away resort, you can see beautiful sunsets there. I recommend their Vietnamese coffee with sweetened milk and banana cake, other dishes were not that good (pad thai did not have any flavour at all). Otherwise a nice place to stop by for a good coffee and a piece of great cake (there are not many places on koh kut where you can get a piece of cake)

We had pizza and it was sooo good. Also the service was amazing, genuinely friendly and so polite. We left tip and the waiter/owner run to us that you forgot the change. That was so sweet. I highly recommend this place.

Passed this place while running one evening. It was a little bit out of the way but me and my girlfriend decided to check it out as we grew tired of the local cuisine. It is a small bistro run by a french expat who himself stands in the kitchen. The food is great and simplistic - I had the beef burger twice and enjoyed it a lot. My third night (yes, we came back many times) I opted for the beef steak and it was alright but nothing special. I also tried the cheese platter (small but nice) made up by french cheese imported by the owner.What really makes this place stand out is the extremely friendly service. A thai woman who´s name slipped my mind was both cheery and attentive. And the owner sat down next to us when things slowed down and spoke to us like we were close friends.Can´t wait to come back. Merci!

How great it was to fall on this place on the Island.My first visit I tried the excellent bruschetta followed by a super salmon steak served with perfect grilled veggies.Second visit I tried the excellent vegetable soup and a fabulous Pizza.Could this be Koh Kood or Italy ?If you want a change from the local food don't hesitate this place is incredible.Well done guys.Thanks so much Angelo65, we hope to see you again soon is possible .

We love this cafe in koh kood, weâve visited now a few times over the last 2 years. You can eat great food and buy cool clothes at the same time :-) They serve amazing freshly baked croissants, incredible smoothie bowls and great coffee, sandwiches amongst other things. The iced coffee with coconut ice cream is a dream. The owners are a cute couple and always welcome you with a smile. Their efforts to save our planet from unnecessary plastic is a massive plus too, bamboo straws are used here and you can re-fill your water containers here for free as they support Trash Hero. Itâs a must visit when in koh kood.
