It's a nice place. The hall is spacious and we'll decorated. Home brewed beer is delicious. They also run deals: buy one liter of beer and get the second one free. Food is okay. Nothing extraordinary.

CoffeIn is a cool eating place, serving not only coffee, but a wide variety of delicious meals. It caters also for a wide range of ages. Friendly staff and a warm, cosy atmosphere punctuate visits here. Their bright colours help brighten the spirits. Their desserts of buns filled with milk curds, or filled with chocolate are irresistible once you taste them.

I always visit Arista lounge any time going to Karaganda and can say it is the best venue for dinner with friends or family in the city. Place has warm and classy atmosphere, beautiful decorations, there are not too many tables that makes place chilled and quiet, not getting overcrowded or noisy. Menu has wide range of international dishes and wine list is great as well which has variety of wines for any budget. All food we had tried was very tasty and great presentation. Personal has really amazed me, ladies waitresses always shown great knowledge of the menu, ready to answer any question and give recommendation when needed! Always remaining attentive and professional, not being annoying or intrusive. Providing the best level of service!

Here was a charming environment. Warm welcoming interior, furnishings, and people. Spacious and cozy. There is live music here, making it beautiful for a relaxed late evening visit. Our waiter Aidar, did everything to make us comfortable and relaxed; covering for our differences in languages very well. The menus here are huge. Selection is just so wide. Beer was excellent. The salads though were not very tasty for us. The prices are a bit on the high side, but maybe worth it considering the ambience that goes with it.

Karganda seems to be a place 'in the middle of nowhere". Not far away from city Stalin decided to built up many years ago a camp named 'Karlag' , where a lot of people from different countries have been deported. The city has this strange mixture of inhabitants of different nations (Kazakhs, Russians, Germans, Pols, Bulgarians, Romanians, Tatars) and you can read the history of the place on the people's faces. If you stroll on the streets you can discover the layers of nine decades of existence. It is such a strange mixture of architecture as well.In front of the old factories, gray colored, degraded and almost destroyed you can see a lot of new buildings contrasting to the old ones.In the center you are surprised by the socialistic buildings and very modern ones staying together on the both parts of the main streets.Somewhere, not so far from the center, just across the building of Regional Parliament you can discover discover Johnee Walker Pub.The restaurant is very modern outside and inside. A couple of tables for six are arranged near the windows, the staff is really kind, just welcoming you and offering a good salty, smoked cheese, a large offer of beer and delicious dishes. No matter if you want a a lunch or a dinner. Johnee Walker (despite of misspelling) has always good food, good drinks and a really enjoyable atmosphere.

I ate two salads and drunk one cappuccino. The ingredients on salad were fresh. The staff didn't speak English but was nice to us. What I would try to improve with time is to reduce the smell of food in the restaurant. Overall, a place to check and to meet with friends.

Dear friends, welcome to the new restaurant BALKON, where in the format of modern cuisine we will help you to take a fresh look at the familiar and beloved FIRE, WINE and MEAT!
The Gastro Grill Balkon at the Senator hotel is an excellent place. Unfortunately they just have menus in Russian (?) and the staff does not speak English so well. But the steaks they serve are excellent, tasty meat an cooked to perfection. Good selection of wines. A little loud music.

The Line Brew in Karaganda had a good selection of Central Asian favorites, in a somewhat formulaic beer hall setting. The drinks selection is extensive, the food is tasty and the service good. The Deep Fried Eggplant was a big hit with my meat fatigued wife whilst I was very happy with my Grilled Horse.

We got to the place by chance, looking for a place to have a bite after a long afternoon walk with a 3-year-old child. The place that seemed so posh from outside turned out to be a very cosy and customer-friendly restaurant. Italian cousine exclusively, without any attempts to bring everything at one menu book, which in most cases brings no good. Pizza was so good that even the baby ate 1/4 of it. The wine carte is impressive, hope to try some of their wines next time!ÐолÑÑое ÑпаÑибо за ÐÐ°Ñ Ð¾ÑзÑв.ÐÑдем ÑÐ°Ð´Ñ Ð²ÑÑÑеÑиÑÑ ÐÐ°Ñ Ð²Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ Ð² наÑем ÑеÑÑоÑане.С Ñважением,Oleg Baule
