Staying at the hotel with halfboard option, our group was using the Eldorado restaurant every evening and we have excercised and experienced the whole menu and big part of extensive wine list. The food is great, with fresh products and repetitive high quality. Especially impressive were Eldorado pepper steak, lamb âcrownâ or saltimbocca from dear. Many dishes with seasonal aspargus, including aspargus cream and composition with seabass. Very good desserts, like chocolate brownie and Heisse Liebe ice cream. The service was impeccable, the waiters staff friendly and professional. Be prepared for pretty long waiting time. The restaurant is always full at nights.Dear guest, thank you very much for your rating. We are glad to hear that you and the whole group enjoyed your stay at our hotel and that you were satisfied with the food. Our service and the kitchen team is happy to hear that they made your evenings at the restaurant a pleasure. We hope to see and welcome you again!

We were a group of 9 who went here as it was the number one rated restaurant on tripadvisor and we completely understand why! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The chateaubriand was truly exceptional. One word of advice - they have to (by law apparently) cook the venison chateaubriand to medium so it's not as tender as some would like, but the beef was spot on! We will definitely return if we go to Ischgl again.

We ate here a couple of nights as we were staying about 200m away, they were very friendly and the venue had plenty of choice of good Austrian style food. The food was good and excellent value especially compared to eating in town.

The food was excellent. Ate the spareribs (both sauces were good- bbq and garlic) pork belly, beef carpaccio. We couldnât really talk to each other due to high volume music and loud people around us, but it was worth it. Not suitable for families.

Located on one of the lower slopes it serves as perfect lunch or drink pitstop. Food is Austrian with nice selection of local soups, and bigger dishes (schnitzel, wurst etc...) prices are moderate. It is a self service place, decoration is in wood.

We stopped by here on a rainy day during a hiking trip and had a great break. It was warm and cozy inside and the staff was really friendly. We had some Radler, Käsespätzle and Kaiserschmarrn, both Austrian specialities and the food was great. It was tasty, fresh and exactly as we expected it.Have been to Kappl several times, never visited the Alpengasthof Dias, next time, I will definitely return.

We ate here after a day skiing. Food was good, but not special. Ambiance was also not really like you're used to in Austria, the restaurant was especially very lit by lamps and temperature quite hot. Friendly staff, friendly prices. On the menu a lot of meat for the meat lovers.

Food, drinks and hospitality is great at the Schaaf stall. It is situated directly next to the ski slope, talabfahrt. Would be nice if Simon would have some more items on the menu, so you can vary your lunch through the days of the week ;-)

Located in the Zhero hotel in Kappl, The Saint is a decent steak centric restaurant with attentive cooks, hard working staff but just not very well trained.First the seating... we felt like we were under interrogation because two bright spot lights were directly overhead. We asked the waitress if they can adjust the light but no chance. Other tables had the same problem. Second the food. Lots of steaks on offering and open grill in the dining area shows how attentive is the cook to make sure the steaks are made to order. The timing of the service between kitchen and grill is also very well coordinated so everyone is served at the same time. The fish was good, as well as the appetizers and deserts. Nothing wrong on the food front. Now the service... The service staff are all very helpful and friendly but just not up to par in comparison to the quality of food served and the prices charged. This is a bit unfortunate because for as hard as the cook tries and all the good intentions of the waiting staff, the lack of proper service diminishes the total dining experience. We were given a bent steak knife and we prompted our waitress of this... she swapped out our knife and gave it to the person on the next table.... hmmm.... The attention to drinks is just not there and boy, everyone is in such a hurry and this just gives an overall agitated experience. This was the same at Lucy Wong, a restaurant also part of the Zhero group. Maybe it is their policy? And to pay by credit card, you must go to the front desk... huh? At a 5* hotel and high end restaurant? And they couldn't find our coats... The front desk person, very professional, apologized but the waitress... well...For a restaurant priced in this category serving quite good food, it is just a shame that the service is a bit lacking. This might be due to the ski area being very seasonal and temporary staff? But in Ischgl area if you like steak, The Saint is worth a try.
