Du Sel the a la carte restaurant of Hotel Du Lac allows each guest to embark upon a culinary journey, with emphasis on the Greek cuisine and the superior Epirus ingredients. Our wine list is comprised by labels of Greek vineyards, with a focus on the loca
The service was amazing. The waitress was smily and very kind. We were very tired and dirty, with messy hair due to inventory we had that day, and had eaten nothing. She understood our need for food and relaxation and helped us with what we wanted. The dinner was served in a reasonable time barrier from the moment we ordered. Great atmosphere for people who love cinematic luxury.

We saw this place reviewed very positively in a Travellers magazine, and thought we'd give it a try. The article (sounds like it was more advertorial than editorial after all) talked of authenticity, Italian roots, the whole lot. Well...pizza made with Gouda cheese is not really that authentic. I asked for mine made with mozzarella and it was much better than my husband's (which came as a Calzone, but this was not mentioned on the menu). The dough was not too bad but I really have doubts about the quality of the toppings. Service was friendly and not too rushed. Wine OK (a bit warm but we were brought a cooler). It's in a quiet courtyard and the main talking point is a machine they use to make to-the-minute ice cream, which seemed to be very popular. Obviously good for students and kids' parties but not really the wonderful, authentic place we were led to believe.

I stayed at the hotel for 10 days in August 2014 and I am very satisfied. The breakfast was really great, handmade marmalade and pies, great quality of butter and fresh baked bread. Dinner was also very satisfying, not too many choices but very well cooked and generous portions. Location is really good, very central, and the decoration is modern, simple and classy. The overall experience was very good, the waiter could have been more helpful at dinner.

Flavors with history.
The restaurant is located by the lake. Nice view and easy to find. The dishes are served on great portions in good prices. The service is very friendly and very fast and helpful. The dishes were tasty. Well cooked. Nice and large variety of choices. It is a restaurant that I would visit it again when I will be on Ioannina once more.

Just arrived in town and needed a break from Greek restaurants. Solely based on TA recommendations we decided to take a late lunch at No Ties.Service from Amelia was both friendly and efficient, and truly added to the overall dining experience at this restaurant. We were ravenous and possibly ordered too much, but all the courses were just tooo good and we left nothing left.Rounded off with their homemade Tiramisu, which was just a pleasure to eat, this restaurant is really a fabulous place to eat and good value for money.I think that anyone looking for good authentic Italian food will not be disappointed here.Thank you Amelia !Thank you so much for your comment! Hope to see you soon! Kind regards

This relatively new, brightly lit and centrally-located place offers several cuisines and innovative dishes under one roof. While they do have table service, theyâre also a type of fast food place that seems to do a brisk takeout and delivery service. The staff is young â perhaps an example of younger entrepreneurial Greeks working to find their way through the economic hard times. Everything we ordered was good and two people ate (including a beer, salad and two entrees) for just over 18â¬. We wish these plucky young entrepreneurs well!

The «Frontzu Politia» complex (Hotel | Restaurant | Congress Center | Cafe | Playground) is located just one kilometer from the center of Ioannina. The ideal location of the complex âFrontzu Politiaâ gives you the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent view
We stayed with the family, including the two grandchildren, in the restored rooms of the old convent. Very comfortable, quiet and spacious. When we arrived the children immediately discovered the playground so for them the day was already a success. We had breakfast which was very copious and the person serving it was more than helpful. Nice atmosphere and a place to come back.Dear RendersE,Thank you very much for your positive review regarding our products and services !!We are looking forward to your next visit.Best Regards
