Nice little place we found while roaming the Sumava mountains. About 300m from the boarder also accessible by car. Beer, warm beverages, coffee, 5 soups, one main dish and sweets. Cool place to sit down for a small stop if your trekking in the area.Owner was friendly, service was ok.Only accepts euros, no credit cards or Czech crowns. This is one of the last areas covered by the Cyech mobile networks. No WiFi here.

We ate after a long day riding in the cool misty rain. So we were hungry. But the food was interesting, tasty and hot. Devil fish was excellent. As was venison stew. The surprise was the fish soup. Very delicate. The only thing we did not love was the dumpling for dessert. But that was probably cultural. Lovely hotel setting with outdoor seating as well as the warm dining room

Friendly and welcoming staff, a warm decor but could add a little local/lounge music to create some warmth. It is very dull and quiet, especially on week nights. When coming the first time, choosing of the menu will be easy; second time round you will notice that even across season the menu won't adapt. Simple standard Austrian dishes that get boring very quickly. In summer the effort is made to create a bbq night of Friday's, apart from a lot more can be done to attract and retain customers.

Come and enjoy delicious Czech cuisine, a pleasant atmosphere and a selection of fine wines in the Relax Hotelâs restaurant. In the summer months there is also an outdoor terrace and a barbecue bar Ragata with a unique view of Lipno. We wish you a unique
I found this the most-upscale restaurant in the region which is otherwise apparently determined by short tourist season and short-employed miserable cooks. Everything modern and clean, the food is good, service is nice and pricing adequate. I visited it few times in the past months and it was just bit unusual to be there almost alone in the winter time -- that is however symptomatic for the whole region, other restaurants may be even closed in this period.
As our hotel did not provide food between breakfast and dinner, we tried this little bistro in the middle of a camp site. Although very sceptical, we were pleasantly surprised. The food was great!! Especially their dill soup, one of the best. And the chicken escalope (schnitzel) was good too. Shame about the instant mash but fries were good.
We ate here three times. Staff were lovely even without English.Food was good as was beer and the prices were reasonable for a touristy spot

The restaurant is located near the road, in a small village near the biggest lake in Czech Republic, Lipno. They have their own ponds were they raise different kind of fresh water fish. Just fresh river fish, simply prepared with no spices, letting the original taste to appear. Huge portions. I know some people travelling few hours from Prague, just to eat their Zander fish fillet.Deffinetly worth to visit if you are around!
