My first time here, and will certainly return again and again. I am a food lover, and will visit the lake to enjoy some excellent dinners. While surfing TA, I found this place, so decided to give it a try. An appetizer of roasted red peppers started it off...very tasty and flavorful. The Minestrone Soup was pretty good, though it was somewhat lacking in flavor, it had a sufficient supply of vegies. The main course was suggested by the waiter. Veal Saltimbocca was superb, and probably any Veal dish would be excellent. Very cute restaurant, with a lot of charm. A great find in South Lake.Hi John,Thank you for the review and feedback. Great local find!! From the dinner salad with almonds, carrots, veggies and more dressed with a amazing Dijon mustard dressing to the lightly battered fish and chips with addictive tartar sauce. Many healthy delicious menu choices. Wonderful atmosphere, the owner is delightful as well.

Located near the Gunbarrel lift at Heavenly is this cute German restaurant. They served a delicious selection of classics such as sausages, Wiener schnitzel, and sauerbraten. My schnitzel came with mashed potatoes and rotkohl (red cabbage); the latter was actually better than our family recipe! Service was very attentive, and prices are reasonable.
