This nice little restaurant offers Croatian and German cuisine at very moderate prices and high quality. When the weather perpits dining on the terrace facing "The Eltener Markt" is very pleasant but inside you are well off too. Probleme here is what to choose: one of the delicious Croatian plates or "Wiener Schnitzel" or maybe the "Cordon Bleu". The Schnitzel may give you agoraphobia; it's that large and of perfect quality. When ordering you will be invited to make use of the saladbar. Here you'll find all kinds of fresh salads, Feta and Croatian potato salad. The bill we had to pay for 4 adults was only â¬65 including drinks & tip!

Even on a Monday evening this restaurant was busy. We sat overlooking the Rhein in a heated terrace. The Menu was extensive but not over complicated. The food, although French themed was more german in its presentation however the taste and flavours were excellent. The service was friendly the bill was very reasonable. Emmerich town is not attractive however the Boulevard makes a visit worthwhile.

The Hotel-Restaurant Wanders in Elten is a family business which is now being run by the seventh generation and offers you excellent hospitality and gastronomy. The secret of our success lies in the 300-year long tradition, the passion for the local Germa
We came into the restaurant at around 19:00 hours, and went looking for a table, the lady (well, she was no lady, but female anyway) behind the counter yelled at us "KITCHEN IS CLOSED"Not, I am sorry gentlemen, but we closed the kitchen early, no, "KITCHEN IS CLOSED".So, the food is worse than bad, it is not even served.

We were very pleased with the friendly family atmosphere of the restaurant and its staff. Those dining with us were locals and when we said we wanted a good, simple meal, this was their choice! The pizza was excellent in taste, freshness and flavor as was the salad. Add a nice red wine and diner was great; just what we wanted.

Since we came here the first time we keep returning, it is our we donât want too cook but are very hungry restaurant. The menu is classic Greek restaurant, but the quality is good, the prices moderate and the portions âHungry Manâ. The service is very friendly and the Ouzo is on the house. Donât expect Michelin star kinda food, but it is well prepared and the quality is very good. I mostly eat lamb, that is tender and prepared how you order it. Red is Red, Pink is Pink. This is actually a problem in a lot of restaurant. No matter how you order your beef of lamb, it is always medium. Not so here. Also try the baby calamaris, they are nice!

This was by far one of the best meals we had on our trip to Holland and Germany. Great schnitzel, white asparagus soup and baked white asparagus. also one in our party had a German Pizza.. Kind of interesting but not like a normal pizza. Stick to the German classics.

We used to eat here regularly and liked it. The food was tasty, portions were big, prices very reasonable, friendly staff....but one day we found A FLY inside of our stuffed wine leaves....That's right...a fly....and it did not just fall into our food...we found it after cutting the wine leave in halves....it must have gone inside during preparation. We complained to the waiter who did not feel like apologies at all, in stead making a silly joke like "You must be lucky that you didn eat it..."We never went here again, I have serious doubts about their level of hygiene.
