There are a few rather nice Seafood places in dubai who are now more about hot platters which tend to have a lot of sauce and a lot of fish. if you are seeking proper cold seafood this is the place. Good variety, plenty of quantity, amazing bread to go with and a good winelist. The starter we had the Steak Tartar was also excellent. All in all now one of my favourites in dubai.

Went to the alpine brunch for a friends dinner. We were all very disappointed with the food. When we complained, the manager told us âthis is what is on the menuâ. While we did receive massive portions of the food items, on the whole it was disgusting (except for the hot dog). The appetizers tasted like frozen food and came out in huge portions. The duck balls had bone fragments and the pate was stringy. Even the roast veg was plain and not well seasoned. The next courses included a really bland, overly cooked piece of meat. We had to ask many times to have our plates cleared to take away all the waste. Some of our group lost their appetite then and didnât want to move on to the next. Then came the cook your own meat. The veal was alright, but again massive portions and a huge amount of waste. It would be better to have a nice table and smaller portions, then allow people to get more if they really loved it.Service was average to a little less. They were slow to clear plates and werenât on top of drink orders. The manager tried when we complained by just providing bigger quantities of the crappy food, rather than addressing the real problem in the kitchen. Based on this experience, I would never go back or recommend that anyone go there again. Starting from appetizers as our Manager explained the dishes are served course by course cold selection to hot which is mentioned in our Brunch menu. We have served all the selections exactly as explained in the menu with great passion, dedication and with a lot of hard work behind it. On the same note, we had almost 40 odd guests dining with us on the same night all of them enjoying our Alpine brunch selection exactly the same food options as yours with great feedbacks. Regarding the main course & Hot stone cooking, we are happy to know that you liked our veal. However, expecting or demanding Wagyu meat selection instead of the roast is very rude and over the top. My manager still offered Rib eye and fish as an alternative but you wanted only Wagyu which is clearly overkilling and not part of the package. And now with the below-par service, our assistant restaurant manager was personally taking care of your table along with 2 commis waiters.During the course of 3 hours you consumed 30 + beers 2 bottles of Gin in total 10 carafe of cocktails along with other drinks after all those service efforts we really looking forward to the day where we will be able to review all kind of business and not only hospitality with the same intend after your stay of 3 hours in our restaurant. And to finish it all refusing NOT to pay the bill after spending more than 3 hours ( with LETS DXB discount of 25%) and consuming all those beverages and threatening my staff of bad review clearly shows your intent. We had dinner 3 times at Soul during our stay at Mövenpick Jumeira Beach and the food and service were great och topclass. You will realy get value for your money and great service from Anchal, Laxmi and chef Awishek who made sure that everything was perfekt. I dined at Feast during their Grand Grill Tuesday which has both seafood and meat live grill. Both seafood and grill were quite good! They had Arabic, Indian and Asian cuisine sections apart from the Live Grill area. Tasted almost all the dishes on display at the buffet and most of the dessert - most of the dishes were really, really, really good. Staff were very kind, helpful and attentive. Shout out to Charity, Jobin, the amazing Chefs and one of the waiters that looked like from an Eastern European country whose name I don't know!Recommendations:- Mention if a dish has some spiciness to it - I don't now if it was on the name card and I just did not take a notice to it. I have been twice to the restaurant this month. It has been an excellent experience .The meat is AMAZING!!!! From the moment of check in to check out, we received nothing but excellent service. Firstly our daughter can only eat gluten free , I made a note on the booking and notified them on check in. The kitchen staff was extremely careful and went out of their way to make sure we had lots of options, and made alternative items which were not included in the menu or buffet. Thank you to all team, Jenny, the chefs in Food & Beverage and The director of F&B who was nothing but a privilege to meet.It was lovely to meet you. Such a humble man. Every night is a Theme Night. All Foods were tasty, flavorsome and breath taking. Not oil, nor sticky or dull. Presented well. Food is always kept warm in the buffet areas. Beautiful place!! Gorgeous private beach, incredible pool with a swim up bar, hot tubs and lots of floats. We spent the WHOLE day here happily! We ordered food and shisha.
