First of all, I went to the Brooklyn II location (Rua Ministro Jose Gallotti 134), which is not listed in tripadvisor, but its the same restaurant with 3 locations.Now for the review: very, very good German (real-German) food with all the typical southern-Germany (and Austrian) favorites. Kind service but crowded on weekends. Very large portions, so ask and look around before ordering. Plates can be easily shared.Good selection of beers, including drafts.Schnitzel (pork or beef) is amazing.

The restaurant has an inside an outside part, depending weather. It looks like an old colonial house, maybe an old warehouse, however it is nice and shows personality. Food from a large menu card is excellent and is served by professional and friendly waiters. They show no rush and we could finish dinner in all peace and relax. Tasteless codfish and way too expensive (I mean toooooo expensive). I asked if one codfish dish "Bacalhau a Moda" was enough for four little appetite people, the waiter said it would not be enough, I should order two. The rice portion was too little and does not keep up with the main dishes's proportion.The codfish was tasteless, flavourless, full of fishbones and it was a huge portion - one dish alone would be enough for all four of us with leftovers still...but they gave me the wrong guidance so that they could charge the double. Terrible expensive experience - never again and if I can, I would recommend anyone to NOT to go to this place - ever! Can I rate even less than terrible?

This is the sole true Swiss restaurant in São Paulo where you can find the best of traditional Swiss cuisine. The restaurant is family-owned and it is in the third generation. Besides the great ambience, it has by far the best fondue in town. The meat fondue is not prepared in oil, but in a water-based preparation that is lighter and makes the meat very flavourful. From May to July (winter in the southern hemisphere) you must make reservation during the week nights. No dinner reservation is accepted during these months on Friday and Saturday. First in, first served. But it is really worth it.
