Super Supper Club,..... a unique dining experience (unique to Coventry at least). Could this be the future to unique and intimate dining - the kicker is you spend an evening with total strangers, with a menu you don't see until you arrive, unless of course you went as a group of 8 then of course you would know all the other guests. This is a different dining experience, escaping the hum-drum, franchised dining experiences up and down the high streets of most town centres. If you want a team of waiters pandering to your every whim, this is not for you.If you want a booking for a larger groups (max 8ish maybe 10 at a push you would need to ask), this is not for you.If you want to just drop in on Tuesday then this is not for you.If you want a menu with 100 items on it then it is not for you.So what is the Earlsdon Supper ClubYou get Tobias, in his own home running the Kitchen and serving / hosting you, its a dinner party without knowing the host or the other diners. The menu is fixed, it is whatever Tobias is serving, and that's the attraction.Tobias sources local seasonal produce some of it from his own allotment (can't get fresher) and serves up a relaxed, yet very professional range of exciting courses from a young guy who has taught himself.Tobias is still new to this and is seeking feedback and approval for his food, but he should worry not, the food served throughout the evening was excellent, with a fine dining feel about it. Although Tobias is just starting out and only offering single nights, usually Saturday evenings (prior arrangement only) he is I believe serving up some of the best food in the city.Congratulations and thanks for a great evening, Paul Tracey & Christopherps thanks also to our other diners, we had plenty of interesting conservation throughout the evening, a real pleasure.Thank you, it was a pleasure cooking for you all. I hope to see you again soon.

Polish Restaurant Coventry
Our family had a great Sunday meal in this restaurant, it was amazing! We had a soup in a bread, hash-browns, rabbit and traditional SCHABOWY :) I must say its also in reasonable prices if u compare to other polish restaurants. Every single dish was sooo yummy. Interior design is beautiful and welcoming, atmosphere is worm. We gonna be regulars from now on :)

Our 'raison d'être' is great value French cooking and seasonal menus. We like to combine French bistrot classics such as steak-frites, boeuf bourguignon and crème brûlée with our own take on regional favourites like confit de canard and pâté de campagne.
I visited with a Belgian colleague during a trade exhibition at the Ricoh Arena. He wanted to see the old downtown of Coventry but unfortunately there is not much left of that, the few old pubs downtown were good for a drink but it was too early for food. We found Bistro Pierre on the corner of a 1960s? shopping centre, a bit doubtful at first... Walking in the impression was very good, well set up tables, great decor and a nice welcome. We were the first guests of the evening but were soon joined by many others. The food/service and prices were great, special congratulations to your Belgian colleague (to our great surprise from Geel Belgium) who after hearing our dissappointment about the lack of steak and frites still gave us excellent service and spent the whole time speaking English, French and Dutch!Recommended!Bonjour 46guyp, First thank you for taking the time to do a review of your experience with us. And thank you for such a good review. Your concern about steak will be take in consideration.I am happy to read than even with a small problem you still enjoyed your visit.I will transmit your kind words to Kevin. We hope seeing you very soon and we will give you an even better experience . Kindest regards Cedric

Family business opened in 2010. A restaurant and coffee house, serving a selection of Italian and British Cuisine. We have a large menu covering starters, lunches, homemade specials, pizza, pasta, steaks, sweets and crepes.
Went to this place a day ago for breakfast , and it was better than expected. Me and my partner had the Turkish breakfast which was really good. Portion are large, and prices are very decent. Also, the service is really quick. Presentation was also great. Definitely going again sometime!Hi MisbahThank you for reviewing us and for posting the excellent review. Our Turkish breakfasts are really popular and we are pleased to hear you both enjoyed it. Hope to see you again!Kind regardscafe Italia

Bayley lane kitchen is situated in the heart of Coventry City Centre next to Coventry Cathedral. Set amongst the cobbled streets next to St. Mary's Guildhall we pride ourselves in good food and service. We are independently owned and are well known for ou
Ordered the goats cheese stuffed chicken, no goats cheese, queried with the waitress and was told the soft cheese was spread on the chicken prior to cooking so itâs absorbed into the chicken, strange considering there was no taste of cheese whatsoever, expectation for a stuffed chicken wax it would be stuffed inside not spread on top. Didnât bother to mention that the beetroot and walnut salad contained no walnuts as the waitress didnât seem interested. Wouldnât be in a rush to go back again.

Turkish cuisine freshly grilled on a traditional mangal. Extensive choice of grilled meat and fish, along with vegetarian and kids menu options.
We recently had a fantastic takeaway Turkish lunch for a business meeting from this restaurant. Delicious tasty fresh meat(kebabs, kofta, lamb chops etc) rice under this was really tasty. The accompanying cold mezze items were also fresh and delicious. I will definitely be wanting to get takeaway for home from this place :)

Itâs always good to find a place with a proper vegan breakfast on the menu and it lived up to expectations! The meat eater was also very happy with his choice! The place was bright and clean, staff very friendly and attentive and the music was great too! Weâll definitely come again next time we visit Coventry

Most of the staff is Italian so it really gives a special flavor to the place.... I ordered the two dishes of the day one being fig cooked in the oven and the other one being pasta with truffle. The fig cooked in the oven was really a very nice surprise. I was a bit disappointed by the tagliatelle as they were a bit too cooked for me. The tiramisu I will do it as a dessert was just perfect. We enjoyed a very good bottle of wine from Bordeaux. We had a great and pleasant evening
