the place has an historical and magic touch and the owners are very interesting and very nice people . i found even common friends from old days , but in any event the place was quite fascinating and the meal, wines good, and the price correct.

The food was very expensive and the staff was antipatic. I had a feeling that they wanted to make money for some little dishes. At the beggining the waiter said that it will be a big menu with a lot of dishes, at the end she brought a big plate with very small pasta or meal. Really bad service and very expensive. I will not go there again.

Reading a lot about this special place and his chef Davide Oldani we decided to have dinner in D'O.....and have been surprised by ambiente, service and food. All was excellent and beyond our expectations! It was a marvelous evening with superb dishes which we never tasted before! It's a 40 min drive from the city centre but it's worth it.Fine dining at its best for reasonable prices!!! We MUST come back !!!

I have just left the Celtic house, better know as Guinness by the majority of the locals. This place is... wow! The food, guys... you would not expect to taste such delicious food at a pub. They offer a wide variety of meats, salads, pizzas and also the best tex-mex in the area.Tonight I chose a Prateria (buffalo and kangaroo meat) and all I can say is... go immediately there and try it! The food is prepared with extreme care, the waiters are very kind and fun and always ready to give advice on the dish of the day or on the beer that best matches your choice of food. This place is not one of the billions franchising fast-foods, here you can taste the passion of the chef at every bite!

I came here for a X-mas party and I've enjoyed the evening overall.Food was alright with some odd combinations though , while Cabernet red wine was not good at all but that could be addressed to who chose for us at the event. Food to me was just alright but that's my personal opinion and I believe place like this restaurant attracts customer for the characteristic medieval theme rather than the ego gastronomic content. The venue is great for big groups and kids along who could take advantage of the scenery and the ad-hoc entertainment. I really enjoyed and appreciated the two medieval dances performing between one and another dish served : spot on for the occasion .I'm glad I've experienced this location considering I often come around this area to go and eat to nearby "Cascine".I haven't paid due to the company events taking care of it, so I won't know whether it's pricy or not.CiaoEpi

Not very well known in Magenta (most hotels send you to Madre Perla/Pesche e Farina etc. We went there twice with a party of 3 people. At north Europeans, we eat earlier than most Italians, so we entered around 19h15. Hence we got personalized service, e.g. one of us wanted soup, which is not on the menu => he got soup, homemade by the lady chef! Wine by the glass was excellent (5 euro Alba), our favourite dish was mixed grilled fish with vegetables. Next day I had "catch of the day" which was served in a pot with vegetables. All very tasty and nicely presented.

In a very small town, I found this place in the corner in front of the canal close to the old bridge. The location is not special or fashion, but staff was very kind even if we arrived very late (about 14.30) for lunch, and food is tasty with a good price.
