A contemporary and elegant restaurant. Lovely on a summer evening, overlooking Lake Albano. Good classical Italian dishes but also with some flair and creativity. We had a tasty and pleasant dinner of seafood courses. I had my favourite dessert of Tiramisu while my husband had panna cotta with creme caramel. All portion sizes were just about right and the service was friendly and efficient. Prices a bit on the high side.

We had lunch here at out first day in Albano Laziale.We had antipasti starter meat and fish, pasta carbonara, pasta amatriciana, ravioli with spinach and ricotta and some sort of fish with pasta. Every dish was magnificent. The service was excellent. A very good experience.

Lovely location, but the food is not always of good quality. The staff was friendly and careful at the beginning of the meal (the first course was great) and absolutely distant when they took back the main course (that was a disgusting lamb, hard as a stone!).It's easy asking if everything is good when the dish is empty, but ignoring a dish sent back almost full...it's not professional.At La Quintessa I was served the worst lamb of my life.Never again!

We had a great meal at this restaurant by the lake. The seafood antipasti and paella were excellent. If you fancy something different in Castelli, then try this restaurant out. Friendly service and quiet location.

Had lunch here (convenient) after spending the day at the lake. The beautiful view and lakeside setting is the draw card here, service very friendly, they'll make an effort to speak English to you. The food however isn't memorable. The Caprese salad simple (can't mess that up), seafood salad I believe was frozen but not uncommon to be. The pizzas are meant to be great but only available at dinner time. Would go back if in the area but wouldn't go out of the way for a meal.
