Brasserie et restauration rapide service sur terrasse ombragée ou en salle service des repas à partir de 11h45 sans réservation l après midi boissons crêpes glaces et desserts
This restaurant specializes in local products such as fois gras & magret de canard. They have a large selection of excellent regional wines. Most of their items can be bought at Le Musee de Vin across the street. They donât take reservations so arrive before 19:30 in the summer. Try the Fenelon, a delicious aperitif of wine, black currant, and a hint of nut oil. It is delicious!

The hotel doesn't do dinner every night. The dining room is mellow yellow and hung with rustic bits and pieces, with some nice old pieces of French provincial furniture. The menu is small, using local produce, and some of the dishes are unexpected (trout cooked in Medoc), but good. The service is charming.

Overlooking the historic village of Saint- Cirq in the heart of the Lot Valley , our restaurant is open from March to November to welcome you around a traditional and tasty cuisine. We also offer a wide selection of crepes and salads. Check out our menu a
St Cirq has a massive range of eateries and we chose Lou Bolat for no particular reason other than we were passing it at the right time. The food was "fine" and the service good, but overall it was over-priced as you rather expect in a loction like St Cirq

We had a lot of very good meals during our trip but this place really stood out, impossible to fault for quality, service and value. We turned up quite late during the lunch time opening but were able to be seated in the packed restaurant. The food was simply perfect in every way, we just had the 2 courses and it was more the enough. Great, unhurried service in a lovely setting, our only regret was that we didn't get chance to go back for a second visit.

During a short stop in the beautiful village Saint-Cirq Lapopie, we had a dream breakfast at this charming restaurant with a stunning view. After a warm welcome, we tasted their speciality: Lou pastis. This delightful local patisserie was a splendid surprise. The perfect different coffees and hot chocolate completed this idyllic experience.

Chanced upon this little restaurant when looking for somewhere to lunch. The terrace, poised up above the street, looked very inviting. Service was charmingly friendly and the food excellent: I particularly enjoyed the Makis du Chef - a light, tasty fish dish - with the local dessert Pastis du Quercy to follow. My girlfriend was equally happy with her two cheese dishes: Cromesqui de Camembert and Assiette de Rocamadour. A half-pichet of white wine made the perfect accompaniment. Altogether a lucky choice.

The location is great (an old station), with a tremendous view of the river and the famous cliffs from the terrace. The service is impeccable and friendly, and the food is wonderful (for extremely reasonable prices). My husband and I have eaten there numerous times since the restaurant opened, and we were never disappointed - for example, the magret de canard is outstanding, and the daily specials have included a blanquette de veau (that tasted like my grandmother's!), and a brandade (a kind of garlicky mashed potatoes with fish - very tasty). Our vegetarian friends were impressed with the food as well. Excellent deal!!

We had been to St Cirq-la-popie and, while it is gorgeous, even the fairly-close-proximity lot (#4) was too much of a walk for my husband... hills and slippery gravel. I went into town and it is cute, in a miniature-Mont-St-Michel kind of way, with tons of cafes and a few boutiques open ( it is only April). So we looked across the river; nothing appealed, and we drove on towards Cabrerets and the caves at Pech Merle. This hotel, with its restaurant, popped up. Right on the river, seats in sun or shade, inside or out... lunch! And we got glasses of Cahors, then shared 3 appetizers: smoked trout on toasts; crumble with tomato and red pepper in a light honey sauce, and marrow bones. All great presentations and really good. There are many more and larger dishes on the menu, but these were wonderful and just enough, with ice cream. Donât miss this place if you are around. The hotel looks good and has a lovely pool... this is also a good place for walkers...Hi,Thanks for your kind comment. we wish to see you again soon !

We arrived late for lunch. Although we were able to eat, there was only two items left on the menu. The menu de jour had been finished. This of course was our fault for arriving at 2.00 pm.I had the main meal at 18.80, and my wife was offered a salad "de Paris". It was lettuce with a few strips of white ham, and a few strips of emmental cheese, no dressing. When the bill came we were charged 18.80 for the salad, which I thought was excessive and taking advantage of us as tourists. Unfortunately my wife paid the bill, had I seen this charge I would have queried it...but that is not the point....18.80 for some lettuce and a few strips of cheese and ham ?????However the restaurant was well shaded outside, with lots of locals. I bet they didn't pay 18.80 for a cheap salad??
