Dinner for 6 people on Saturday evening at Mora. This is a busy Italian restaurant, with a good selection of starters, pastas and mains. Reasonably priced, with very friendly staff. A good selection of Italian and Sicilian wines.We had booked and the place was busy.

Absolutely good quality tapas, excellent variety and generous sizes. Our table service person, Ester, went beyond the imaginable to make the restaurant shine. Not just cordial and effective but very very focused on her delivery quality. PS. Fix the machine for cafe latte soon. Empower the servers more (donât stretch the control of what they say or offer to customers).

A very enjoyable lunch. The service was excellent, the wine very good - especially the Kirs Cassis - a favourite of mine. The starter fishboard was very good and the main of tuna cooked under just as it should be. It is a little expensive and the service charge is 12.5 %, but I shall be going back.

Have been going to this restaurant for many years now and have always loved the experience. My daughter and partner took me there for Mother's Day last week and as always had a great time. The food was superb and very good portions too, the service as always was very good and the atmosphere is always brilliant. Will highly recommend this place to everyone.

I had dinner in The Peninsula restaurant for a special occasion and was absolutely outstanding night. I been looked after by Giorgio and the restaurant manager Marco. I had the 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Nothing was wrong. Everything was perfect, food was really good, the timing for the tasting menu experience and also the atmosphere. I really recommend it if your looking for a true restaurant experience!

Well, what can I say. My first ever visit to a Turkish restaurant and I am blown away. The bread alone is unbelievable, add a salad and a mixed kebab and now Turkish food is my favourite food. Where has this been all my life. Please try this restaurant, itâs quite frankly superb

I've visit La barrique more then couple of times now. I usually visit with family or friends because the place has lovely atmosphere. The staff working there provides Excellent service and is friendly. I recommend this place to everyone as it suits all people. The pizzas there are the best so I always keep on comming back. When I went there couple of times I was few times welcomed and looked after by Elena. She knows how to provide Excellent customer service. Staff like that should be everywhere.

Visited last night and we had the most amazing meal. We started with the seared tuna which was soft and perfectly seasoned, this was served medium rare. I then had the fillet steak, this was cooked perfectly. My friend had the rice pot with fish and clams which was also a well seasoned and delicious dish.The service was superb and Anna especially was a total delight. We booked again for Christmas. Cannot wait.

So I went yesterday and I cut through my chicken cube and found a hair, the restaurant apologised but nothing else was done. Quiet shocking and totally would not record anyone else to go here as thereâs no hygiene. God knows how many hairs there was, no flavour in the lamachun! After finding the hair we was still made to pay, you would of thought the two soft drinks would of been complimentary but no. Havenât been in a while and to be honest it has become a bit of a disappointment, itâs still cozy but the atmosphere has been lostThe waitress seemed totally disinterested and as for the waiter who brought the food he seemed more interested in the group of guyâs sitting on the other side who he seemed to know, couldnât even give the dishes to the right people even when we told him as he wasnât paying attention The food is ok but is there a new chef? As it seems to have lost a bit of its spark, and the portion sizes have become small, a handful of chips at most , and as good as the cheesecake was any smaller and you would need a search party to find it!! It used to be good value but we felt a little short changedBarking only has one restaurant of this type and itâs sad to see that itâs falling from the standard it used to have
