We booked a table for 5 on a Saturday night with friends. The restaurant was very busy. There was a really atmosphere. We all had starters which were really good portions I recommend the breaded brie it's DEWCIOUS. The mains came all was lovely and tasty. Again the portions were really good. The staff were brilliant as it was very busy. Really had a great night. We definitely be returning soon. Keep up the good work. X

Booked in here for our anniversary and was told by Andrew Pye, deputy manager, that we would have a booth and a couple of glasses of fizz. Yes well, arrived and stood at the door whilst someone with a phone to his ear said' won't be a moment', however, someone behind the bar asked if he could help and directed us to a booth, this booth is right in line with the entrance door and it's really draughty, plus, no glasses of fizz either! Not making a fuss we ordered and my 'frites' were stone cold so had to send them back. It was ok, not wonderful, and so cold sat opposite the door.Hi Suzanne,I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your visit with us. It seems that we have overlooked certain aspects of your evening and I sincerely apologise that this has happened. We usually sit people in the booth's as they are the nicer selection of tables, it is unfortunate that you found this seat cold. Our staff always try their hardest to give the best service and food possible and it obviously has not happened. I hope that you will come back so we can give you the service we expect ad you deserve.Thank you

Just had the full monty following a 5k in the local park. Quiet, relaxed ambiance in premises very tastefully decorated and spotless. Breakfast itself was beautifully presented, the items of good quality and super value for money. Would have preferred the toast in a rack to keep crunchy, but thatâs being a little pedantic. The waitress (owner?) was super polite and courteous.

Came here with my partner on a Saturday night which we booked beforehand. We were seated on a nice table upstairs and the whole theme of the building was intriguing (used to be an old police station). Cocktails were on offer and very nice selection. Food was ok, nothing special but fine for the price. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Greek Mediterranean Restaurant & Bar. Highly Commended Food and Drink Awards
I went to the Olive Tree Brasserie today for a spot of lunch. The food is some of the worse I've ever had. This burger was off the A La Carte menu believe it or not. The 1st picture is the first attempt of the special burger and the 3rd the replacement. Absolutley shocking. It took 25 minutes to get the replacement because the chef stormed out of the restaurant at one point. Believe it or not, myself, my girlfriend and my newborn son where the only customers so there wasn't even an excuse of having a bust service. The second picture of my hand is to put the size of the plate into context. The waitress and manager where nice and helpful and looked embarrassed to be honest. Such a shame as the decor and front of house where great. Can't see this place lasting much longer unless they get there act together. The manager gave me a. Full refund of the food and encouraged me to leave honest feedback on the companies feedback page. HiThanks for your feedback. This is not how the olive tree operate at all, I am very sorry this has happened. Could you please email me at [email protected] to discuss.RegardsTony Mckeon

No vegan option on the menu. I ordered a pizza with tomato sauce, pineapple and mushrooms. They brought me one with ham all over it. They did change it. My omni friends did all seem to enjoy their meals but not for me. Atmosphere nice.quite trendy.

Iâve been here for food around 6-7 times now and at the start the food, especially the burgers, were great. However the last few visits including this week are becoming more disappointing. Donât get me wrong they are still good but not what they were. Who made the decision to remove the coleslaw from the burgers. Silly move! Also there has previously been a list of great burgers but now itâs down to 2-3. People like variety. I feel the place is putting all its effort into nightlife and drinking and the food is suffering. You are on Winckley Street, this should be a great place for food and drinking with a more upper class feel and the places around you are doing this. Get the food back on track.

Visited casually and ordered 4 tapas. Food very good but expensive in my opinion. Dessert menu shows no pricing and at till a gratuity was pre-added, albeit shown as optional. This practice is counterproductive because it is often resented by customers and is at a lower rate than quite often used by customers.Cannot have a conversation without being overheard as chairs are close to next table.Service was very good as was hygiene.

Mystery Tea House, 100s of teas to choose from and try. I went for the Himalayan Adventure black tea. Served with lemon and honey, in a lively teapot and handleless cup. What a treat! I also had a vegan wrap served with a huge salad and pot of hummus. It was delicious! Im definately going back to sample more food and unusual teas! Highly recommended!
