Klassz a hamburgerek választéka!
We spent a lot of time at the marina next to this small buffet, and when there was no wind to sail, we spent a great deal of our spare time here. Good selection of simple but tasty dishes. Nothing special, but you can rely on its constant good quality.

Weldome to our Restaurant! We hope you'll enjoy our different types of dishes. You can choose from special hungarian foods to pizzas and american foods. Good appetit!
I came here for lunch with my wife. After getting the menu we had to wait at least 5 minutes to be able to order (I must say the restaurant wasn't even half full). After taking the order we were waiting at least 15 minutes to get our starter what we got in 2 details I must mention me already finished the starter when my wife's starter arrived. I especially highlighted to the waiter that we would like to get our starter and mains in a same time. Not even mentioning that all the courses were served by different waiters. Of course the main courses didn't arrived in same time. Finally another 5-10 minutes wait for the bill. It's all cost us 21 euro WITHOUT TIP. Come on....what is it???? The starter+mains with a quicker and greater service in PARIS cost 25 euro. The prices are way too high here. However I must say the food we ordered were alright.
Megörültünk a hÃres cukrászda balatonkenesei megjelenésének. Ãrömmel ültünk be megkóstolni a választékot. Ãrdemes lenne sokkal nagyobb betűkkel kiÃrni akár a d&g feliratot, illetve eltávolÃtani a közvetlenül a portál a belerakott, a Levendula virágüzlet hirdetŠállótáblát.Az árak egyébként méltányosak. A szekér sütemények cca 750 forintba kerülnek, alig drágábbak, mint az Eleven cukrászat termékei, ám fényévekkel finomabak azoknál. Blokkot kaptunk.Jól éreztük magunkat. Visszatérünk, reméljük lesz hova
Balcsi "Iz-lelo' Bufe is 18 years old buffet beloved by the locals and the tourist. It offers a wide range of traditional hungarian and tipical beach food. Due to the layout of the building at first sight it is quite easy to mix up with the one at the ent
A good place to eat some Hungarian foods. Not too expensive and good quality. We will come again !!!
Last year it offered a fresh, modern take on classic Balaton ingredients, with inspired dishes and good local craft beers. Sadly, pressure by the out of season local crowd forced a change of menu and chef, turning back to a more traditional selection. The quality is still above local standards, some traces of originality linger, but nothing exceptional. Wasted potential, murdered by the bland local demand.

Folkloristic items on the walls, you sit on benches, so the interior is as you would expect it in an inn. The kitchen is traditional Hungarian and regoinal, with different fishes. Portions are big. Salad bar is self service. Prices are not the cheapest. Locals frequent this place too, so you can be sure it is not a tourist trap.

This place is a branch of the Spoon boat restaurant on the Pest side of the Danube in Budapest. It is a charming Italian restaurant where, true to Italian style, most of the dining space is outdoors. It has a wide ranging menu which includes many options for vegetarians and vegans and a gluten free menu as well. The seating spaces allow for good conversation and the decor is (Italian) home like and welcoming. The service is friendly, prompt and attentive. English and German menus are available. I began my lunch with delicious pomegranate lemonade and a tomato soup rather different from the usual sort of thing. Most of the time it is done as a bisque with basil or pesto Genovese. This one had micro carrots and onions as well which gave the stock more depth, and it contain a ball of mozzarella buffala. It was delicious. My entree was a vegetarian pappardelle. You rarely find pappardelle without a meat sauce of some kind so this was a great and welcome surprise. It was served with parmesan and shavings of black truffle and was served in a bowl (inside a ceramic bowl) made of broiled parmesan. This was a lovely touch. The pasta was hand made and perfectly chewy as it should be. Unfortunately the truffle had lost most of its flavour but it is outside the season. This is a parmesan lover's dream. For dessert I tried a peach crumble with a warm sauce made of pistachios. The fruit base was a peach jam which meant that it didn't have as much texture and flavour as it might have with fresh peaches. And the Lake Balaton area has gorgeous peaches galore. The pistachio cream was good but where peaches are concerned, I think sticking to just cream is a better idea. So I think perhaps the desserts could use some work. It is clear, however, that the cooks enjoy what they are doing and convey some love in the food. (That's why they get 5 stars here.)This was a lovely lunch and I would go back in a heartbeat. Next time we test the pizza and explore elsewhere in the dessert menu.Dear Stephen P,Thank you for sharing your experience with our readers and us. The opinion of our guests is important to us, because we are continuously improving our restaurant and our services too based on feedback.Best regards:The Il Mercato Team

The title also could be an understatement considering my overall experience in Porc. I could easily give 5+ stars only for the eco-friendly cutlery, which is not only outstanding in Balatonkenese, but also in Hungary. Paper plates, wooden knives, forks, bowls won my heart as soon as I received my meal. The quality of the food also extraordinary and it is made in front of you. Goat cheese, variety of burgers from the old-school to gourmet style would satisfy anyone's needs. Last, but not least the service is fast and kind, they help you to choose, inform you about ingredients according to your allergy. Wines are delish too. All in all my experience was more than perfect. Definately going to go back. These kind of places are rare as a blue moon! Keep up the good work. Bests! 5*++
