The Bath House Hotel and Restaurant has a contemporary bar and a highly recommended restaurant serving innovative British cuisine with continental and Asian influences.
I rarely give five stars but, based on our experience on Monday, Bath House deserves it.Lovely staff, great service and good food - one of the best Beef Rendangs I've had in years and my mussels to start were also good. The MemSahib had very good scallops and a lovely chicken breast in a wild mushroom cream sauce. Okay wine list. So far a good four star experience - but anyone who chases after me half way down the street to return my phone (duh!) deserves an extra star IMHO.

Pisani was close to our accomodation so due to weather ate here twice in a week and had a pizza takeaway. Good takeaway offer of £10 for any pizza as eat in pizzas are pricey . Pasta is linguine and cream features a lot. Felt the menu could be more varied but all the food we had was well cooked and presented. Starter portion of bruschetta very small and over priced whereas portion of whitebait large!

What a find. A truly fabulous Thai Restaurant. Tonight we were celebrating my husbandâs birthday and couldnât have chosen anywhere better. As we are holidaying in the area, this was a âpot luckâ choice (though we did check other Tripadvisor recommendations.A really friendly family run the hotel and restaurant, you are seated in the lounge to have a drink whilst your meal is cooked for you- you even get to decide how spicy you want it because every dish is cooked from scratch. The food was all delicious and beautifully presented, service was great-cheerful and attentive.Weâd highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for a delightful evening.

A small restaurant in the heart of Seaton. We serve a wide range of Tapas and make changes to the menu each month so you can assured of variety! Our desserts always include a small selection plate where you can try a selection of 5 small dessert samples!
All the dishes were beautifully prepared, interesting and tasty. Plenty of international variety across the menu from which we particularly enjoyed the Lebanese Kibbeh. Service was so sweet and the ambience cosy and friendly. Will definitely be returning. Just what Seaton needs.

Homemade, real Italian cuisine by an Italian chef/owner. Modern decor, comfortable and atmospheric. Family friendly, good value and table service. Serving pizzas, pastas, chicken, seafood, daily specials and many more. Booking advisable but not always nec
Could have been a lovely summerâs evening visiting a typical Italian restaurant.....this was not the case here.....food overpriced and inexperienced staff although they did try their best. We ordered a kir cocktail....too strong as far too much Kir....asked to do again. Main meal of pollo Milanese.....chicken well cooked but pasta and tomato sauce very bland with no flavour and a few lettuce leaves....which you would hardly call salad accompaniment to a main meal cost just under £16. They are plenty of other well priced good restaurants in Lyme Regis serving local produce.....this restaurant did not mention any local suppliers. Would definitely not visit again, as thought it was poor value for money, which is a shame as the last time we had a much better meal. As regards the staff, we were served by a very inexperienced waitress who tried her best, but believe management were not helpful in assisting her, leaving her to pour cocktails, when she had no idea. If this restaurant wants to stay open, they need to up their game, as you just canât rely on just the summer tourist trade to survive.

Having popped into Lyme on an unseasonly but typically Lyme sunny Autumn Sunday morning, we were debating where to try for lunch. Not easy on a busy day like that, but they fitted the three of us into the restaurant area. It is many years since we were last at the Millside, but the cosy inside area and friendly staff meant we quickly settled. On the face of it, a traditional Sunday lunch menu, but on reading more one finds the veg are sourced where possible from a local organic farm, the meat is supplied by a free range specialist butcher, and the fish is local Lyme Bay catch of the day. We are not fans of carvery type food so Iâm pleased to report this is definitely far removed from mass Sunday catering.Everything was beautifully cooked, and we had a large bowl of different veg to accompany the ample serving of deliciously crispy roast potatoes. With a varied wine list, a selection of local gins, plus premium soft drinks at reasonable prices, we left satiated and without too big a hole in my wallet. This is not a pretentious restaurant. It appears to be staying honest to traditional fayre cooked well with quality ingredients. A recipe for happy diners Iâd suggest and weâll quite likely return when next in the area (but booking in advance!).

An educational kitchen and community dining space based on an organic farm in east Devon. The open kitchen serves daily changing menus with the finest produce from the farm and other local organic producers. Farm lunches are hosted every Wednesday, Saturd
Went as a multi generational family to one of their lunches on a Saturday. Wonderful, inventive and inspiring dishes which were presented well with obvious care and consideration for their provenance. Outstanding value for money and am looking forward to a return visit. Only problem we had was finding trill farm but easy once we consulted the website and not satnav- doh!

At Le Pisani we serve great tasting Mediterranean food in comfortable, contemporary and stylish surroundings. From the moment you walk through our door you can expect a warm welcome, relaxed atmosphere and a burst of fantastic flavours. Take a look around
Being 'locals' we eat here quite often and had another excellent meal tonight. The food was delicious. Service from the waiter/waitresses was friendly and food arrived promptly. A buzzy atmosphere with couples and families alike some of whom were dining al fresco. By the time we left just after 7.30, the place was heaving. Best to book during the holiday season.

A lovely gem of a restaurant with a quirky, bohemian feel serving interesting food and great drinks. All of the meats are locally sourced, fish is from the south coast and the majority of the vegetables are picked on the day. Most of the wines are organic
This is a truly unique experience. We arrived shortly before 7pm as a foursome. At this point we had no idea what we would be eating other than that it would be 6 courses. We were given a menu that gave a clue as to what the food would be. Told to have an open mind as the food we would be served even if we had historically liked it would be expertly prepared and exquisitely served. It was!We were there for 3 hrs total. Service was attentive and not rushed. The restaurant is small, with limited couverts so it can be a relaxed environment. Conceptually this restaurant works really well.
