Stopped off for a quick lunch enroute to Bergerac - great service, slightly scary positioning sitting outside on the edge of a roundabout where the cars seem to just stop right next to our table! Simple traditional french menu including steak tartare, confit de canard, steak etc. presentation was very good but I personally found it too difficult to eat as there was no sauce with the confit and it was too dry to finish. Shame because it could have been great.

Traditionnal south west of France food, tapas, bar
It is lovely to sit outside this restaurant under the arches of the market. We had a lovely local salad and a pitcher of wine. The staff were very pleasant and the service good. I would go back again to this restaurant.

The four of us had dinner in this local cafe. They get all of their food locally and prepare the largest variety of duck dishes I have seen. For dinner we had duck-canard breast, dried canard, and gesia, with bit of Foix goix on top. That was all on one plate! (see photo) The dessert offerings really topped off a wonderful evening of gastronomy in Gascony. This is a must stop when you visit Auch.

We had dinner on one occasion at this restaurant. The food was good and the menu simple with fresh produce and ingredients.Noticeably, it is patronised by local French people which is always a good sign. Charming staff.

This modern eatery specialises in fresh tagliatelle with a variety of sauces, such as prawns with garlic or curry. The starters were simple salads, squid, prawns etc. We were kept supplied with chilled water and there was a wine list with a small selection of mainly French wines. We didn't have a dessert. It wasn't very busy, but most of the other diners seemed to be local. Very clean.Merci pour votre commentaire, Merci de nous avoir rendu visite pendant votre court séjour à Auch. Pascal et Corinne

Small restaurant where you cook with love, a local and regional cuisine. We have 25 seats, one to 28 people. we propose, summer terrace 18 seats. Wifi is free. No TV though. Camille and Patrick will welcome you and smile.
We had a wonderful meal in this charming restaurant in a plaza of several restaurants in Auch. We both had great appetizers centered around foie in several presentations. We both had duck entres and they were also excellent. They certainly offer a variety of duck presentations representing the region well. The wine list was local and very affordable.

Then an whole home made foie gras is brought to you... and you discover that the bread on your table is realy the perfect fit for this luxury dish together with this little red wine...Now the Master of ceremony, Jean Philippe, will choose a masterpiece of beef and chicken grill in the room cheminee served with tasty mixted vegetable and mushroom in addition with cute sausages just to taste the Gers touches...Amazing, I seldom go to a buffet without being able to finish whatever is in my plate...Finally you will have dessert buffet including an Norvegian Omelet, a delicious ice cream...Coffee and the bill...Just Enjoy... life is beautifull out there !!!

We often visit this restaurant on our occasional visits to Auch. It is consistently good. The food is freshly cooked on the premises, and is very tasty. The menu at 14.50 euros comprises three courses, with a generous glass of wine included. The dessert selection is amazing - varied, home made, and there is a choice of one generous dessert, or four mini versions. The staff are efficient and the welcome is warm and friendly. The decor is fresh and original. Highly recommended. Booking may also be advisable, especially for lunch.
