Goed driegangenmenu gehad. Aperitief op mooi terras aan het water. Binnen tomatencremesoep gehad. Goed vol van smaak. Broodje erbij zou misschien anders geserveerd kunnen worden. Hoofdgerecht kabeljauwfilet met romige saffraan saus op geroerbakte groenten en tagliatelle. Als bijgerecht heerlijke patat en een simpele rauwkostsalade. Nagerecht van ijs was goed maar niet verrassend.Kortom goed gegeten maar niet verrassend.We komen zeker weer.

I have already written a review of the hotel, where we stayed 2 nights, referring to the fact that we were quoted 19.50 for the fixed price menu in this restaurant and charged 29.50 at checkout. The food was not memorable, and I would not eat there again. Verbal quotes should be honored. If the meal had been outstanding, perhaps I would have overlooked the issue, but it was NOT.

We usually go to this restaurant twice a month for lunch and are always very satisfied. The coffee and tea is very good as well as the beer selection. Recommend the salads and uitsmijter.

We had an excellent lunch at this restaurant, enjoying the nice open terrace.Recently new owner and kitchen staff.Good tasty hamburger as well as vegetarian food. Good coffee and nice selection ofrefreshments. Attentive staff and good service. Value for money. Next visit will be dinner.

It was very quiet and had just opened - couldn't have the food I wanted because the supplies had not yet arrived. The food was basic but tasty...and the area is lovely....

Free were 2 types of drinks for kids (lemon and raspberry) tea and coffee.Bread with ham or cheese, apples, Soup, french fries, hamburger, frikandel and kroket with buns and several sauces.Shooting water at valls costs you an additional 50 cents. There also is a paid mini arcade.The mini movie theatre for kids is nice at the end just before leavingParking is free and plenty of space.Beware of queueing at the entrance !!! It does not help here if you already bought n eticket online (saves 1,- per ticket)Popcorn and candyfloss (âsuikerspinâ)were paid so were other drinksBalls were missing in the indoor playgroundRest was ok with attractions for smaller kids up to about 10 to 12 years Fun part isthe little cars wirh traffic and ârealâ police officer to keep an eye.Also kids can get their driving license for an additional 3,-

You know how we talk about cheap theme park food and how rank it can be? Well, this restaurant manages to provide a lower quality than theme park food. I ordered a black Angus steak and it looked nothing like one. It looked like pork. So maybe they probably need to find a new cook that knows the difference between a cow and a pig. And also that knows how to properly cook meat. The fries were so greasy which means they haven't changed the oil since 1984.A frightful thought is that this place is ranked quite high. Dear Sir /Madam, We are very sorry that youre experience in our restaurant was not good. I have asked our waitreses en our cooks who have worked that evening if there were any complaints.They did not have had any complaints that evening, everyone was very excited about the the dinner that was served.Now is my question, are you sure that your'e experience was in our restaurant Leafs in Appelscha?With kind regards,Monique den HartogRestaurant Leafs

Fixed menu. Fantastic combinations. Experience the best of vegetarian cooking. Reasonable price for what you get. The ambiance is very pleasant and a bit romantic in old farmhouse in forest with open fire.
