There was no wifi. Unless you stand on the second floor stair well, even then you only had 30 seconds of connection.We asked for a dbl bed and were given two singles. We were offered another room with no view and smelled of cat piss and cigars. A day before the wedding we asked for an iron, and was promised that it would be in our room at 10.. AT 10.40 on the day they admitted they didn't know where the iron was and brang up one from the basement that didn't work. I had no choice but to fill the bathroom with Steam and leave my clothes to iron out. Imagine the clammy feeling of steamed clothes in the heat of the south of France. The pool is on the main road, the pool isn't as big as the the angle of the picture suggest. The outside area are plagued with pigeons etc because none of the staff clears up. Example. Myself and my other half had a couple pf drink by the pool, we left the poolside at 4pm at 3pm THE NEXT DAY the same bottles were still there. When it cam to paying the bill they had added breakfast for both of us , as well as 12 extra drinks we never ordered resulting in an extra 200 euro on our bill. The only thing that work in the hotel was the lift. We hated so much that we ended up booking early flights home. We left 4 days early just to avoid staying in the hotel. WASTE OF MONEY.

We were in Ceret visiting the art museum and doing our laundry. We saw this little gem down the street. It filled up fast and we soon knew we had scored. There are plenty of menu options and my husband and I each had the fish plat. Both were different...mine was lieu jaune with pesto and glass noodles. It was amazing, as was my husbandâs fish with shrimp on top. The dishes that came out of the kitchen were works of art...salads, plats, entrees, and desserts. The prices were reasonable and the service was fantastic. And what a pretty little spot with all things garden as decor. Donât miss this little gem if you are in Ceret.

I had the cuisine maison consisting of salade catalane to start which was a fresh, tasty anchovy salad followed by morue a l'aioli. The fish was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were an excellent accompaniment. My wife definitely enjoyed her food too.Would recommend.

I visited during the summer on the recommendation of friends. It is good to have another restaurant in Ceret that is a little off the beaten track and was expecting something special. Firstly i would say the service was excellent as was the wine. Not so good, bland starters and only one of the fish dishes we had was any good. Our bill seemed to creep up to the high side for what we had.

Celebrating my birthday last night at this little gem, one of the best restaurants we have been to, LâAtelier de Fred. The photos speak for themselves, heavenly food and wine, excellent service, friendly, attentive, helpful staff. Set Menu - each course was magnificently presented and locally sourced.

Jây suis allé en famille et avec des amis, dont des enfants. Tout le monde a adoré, même les ados!Accueil très chaleureux, la qualité est au rendez-vous, la charmante patronne ainsi que le personnel connaissent bien les produits et conseillent comme il faut.Les cocktails, les plats, les desserts et le vin, tout est excellent, aucune fausse note.La déco est très jolie, avec un patio bien agréable pour profiter de lâair frais.Une grande réussite, bonne continuation!

We returned (last came 2015) to find the restaurant still has the same friendly atmosphere and we were remembered The whole experience is really worth the journey to find them great service and the food is so taste you just want to go back again.We know you need to book in the evenings and it may be worth phoning a head for lunch as they were very busy. The fixed price menu is very reasonably pricedand we had a great meal with nice wines and really good coffeeIt is in the centre of a nice little mountain village and situated in a sheltered part of the village so really nice to sit outside,even at end of SeptemberInside there is a small gallery of art by local painters

Set on a small treed square this is the perfect setting for lunch, especially if the fruit and veg market is in full swing.
