We had lunch on the Etang D'Urbino's terrace, a large wooden platform floating on the 'Etang', a pond I would recommend to bird watchers. The terrace sits almost 100 persons yet although extremely busy the service is fast, kind, very good. Fish is extremely fresh. The pond fishers are specialized in mussel breeding therefore the dish is a must.

I have been more than twice last year and this june'17. Friendly young people working hard to make your dinner journey a great experience for your eyes, your gourmet papille and for your soul. While music event also for your ears. Good luck for your season guys, you deserve it! Grazie Leonia a presto

Was in Corsica beginning of June for two days and had 2 dinnes there..I can confirm my previous post: exellent quality, excellent preparation...still the best choice in the area. A plus the owner, who contributes to a great service level.

Das Cafe wird von Einheimischen frequentiert, was immer ein gutes Zeichen ist. Haben dort kurz verweilt, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre zum Zwischenstop in die Berge.

We were due to stay at the hotel that evening, but arrived early, so thought we'd have lunch whilst we waited.Typical of French restaurants at the budget end (though still far from cheap by UK standards!), the menu was limited and a little incongruous for us Brits. We've learned to avoid 'starter' salads that cost as much as a main course, and are really far too large for starters, so we just went for mains.I asked for Swordfish, but ended up with Sole! It was quite good really, even the accompaniments were ok. I would have preferred the swordfish though. My wife had a chicken curry pasta, which again was quite tasty, but got a bit boring after eating half the dish.By now, the service had become friendlier, once we established we could communicate reasonably (other than types of fish of course!), so we ordered desserts, and again, they were nice.Looking back over our holiday, this was probably one of the best meals we had.

We loved it so much we went there twice. The mussels with fries were very good for only 12,50. Friendly and fast service, beautiful view, it's like you're dining on the beach. Housewine is also very good for it's price. Moules-frites étaient délicieux et pas chers. Très vite service par les garçons jeunes, sportives et sympathiques. Le vin du maison est du bon qualité pour son prix.

Staying one night in Aleria (16 july 2012) and visiting briefly the beach, this restaurant caught our eye and we decided to dine in Le Bounty. It s a lovely place right at the sea, simple elegance. Service was very good, the girl was genuinely friendly and managed well with so many tables, she always noticed and paid attention very well... not like a day ago in Porto vecchio high class restaurant. There were 2 more girls besides her, and I noticed that one of them was much slower and left a bit uptight feeling. maybe she was shift manager..dont know.Food we ordered was tasteful, drinks came immediately. Price: very good price and quality ratio. for 2 the dinner with aperitifs, water, 2 menus (mussels, fish, dessert), 1 ball of ice cream, 1 glass of wine- 55 eur.Mussels were exceptionally well flavoured, sauce delicious. In all together it was one of the best dinners in Corsica we had. Splendid view. PS> seems that if you don't speak French then pocket dictionary would be handy as most of restaurants do not have English menu nor the staff really speaks it.

Absolutely amazing from A-Z! Staff were super friendly, the portions well beyond expectations and just simply divine! Langouste off the grill having seen it live and freshly caught was finger licking mind blowingly delicious while my husbands steak was cooked to perfection. Oh and not to forget the charcuterie dish to share we took bringing the best of the local produce to show washed down with a glass of beautiful homegrown wine or the home brewed beer - lush!!! A must stop over if you were road tripping it round Corsica like us on our two wheelers :) #hairybikers you MUST visit! We will be back and recommend it on for sure. Thank you for making our last lunch in Corsica this memorable.
