the interiors are very charming but the staff (particularly the two ladies at the reception) are not very friendly.we did not understand why some people who came after us were served before. and I did not understand why my fried plaice had bones inside (so that I had to open it,spoiling the golden coating),while in the rest of Denmark they take it away.

What a fabulous place this! The people and menu is danish at its finest. Lunchtime and outside in the sun - highly recommend the Pariserbof - the mustardy relish was amazing! The fritte to die for (and if you have that mustardy relish left over dunk the fries in this). Thoroughly enjoyed the Kartoffelmad as well. ââï¸

Make no mistake this is a very simple place, situated in the harbour area. Looks like one of the numerous grills that have mushroomed all over the country, mainly serving hot dogs and fries. But the food was delicious, obviously home made from fresh products. Can recommend the fried fish fillet on a piece of rye bread, and the apple pie.
