Whenever I go to the Ritz Carlton I take my breakfast at Culina. It has a wide variety of tasty Egyptian and International food. The chefs are really professional in preparing the Egyptian traditional food like fool mudamas, falafel, fetir and others. The smiling chef at the egg station would prepare the best omelette ever. The staff are really helpful and would like to help and support especially Chef Sameh ElSayed who guided me through all the stations. Chef Sameh prepared for me a tasty foul mudamas plate with fresh oven bread that was really different. Culina is a place that you will really enjoy the food and get a very good serviceDear IhabTheTraveller,Thank you for sharing your experience with us. This restaurant consists of 3 floors and has no branches. It is located on Champollion Road along with spare partsâ shops. You don't have to bother about a menu! The restaurant offers only one dish âKosharyâ. Drinks are either Pepsi Cola or 7up or water. Desert is either a rice pudding or strawberry Jell-O.

Came here for a short stay and I was amazed,from the excellent service to the magnificent rooms/restaurant with an awesome River Nile view. If you're planning to visit Egypt this is the place to be.I'm definitely coming coming back here.

A wonderful restaurant at Intercontinental Hotel. A peaceful retreat away from the hyper-active Cairo. The food is traditional Lebanese of excellent quality and variety.
