We had a Pho bo soup and some Georgian cuisine. Both dishes were a shame. Small portions and poor taste. We were really disappointed. Hopefully the waiters are nice and smiling even no one speaks English. I donât recommend (and prices are average, not low)

On the 4th floor,you have to enter into the shopping center and climb the stairs.Salads,pizza and some russian dishes, loud background music,not far from the bus station : walking out,turn left and follow Sovetskaya St.until Lenina St..Good WiFi and good service.

This is a basic Russian food cafeteria style restaurant which feels like a chain (but I'm not sure it is). Not a great selection - food is generally pretty unappealing.

Large popular restaurant, appeared to be lots of locals, pleasant food which came out a different times, so if you want your food to be bought all at once, you may need to explain this to your waiter, great cocktails, Hookah/Shisha available which my husband tried a fruity flavour.

Not a huge menu selection, and a little pricy- but where else in Siberia can you get a coke, a cappuccino, a beer, a hamburger, salad, a pasta dish, or cheesecake and a hookah while watching the Buryat Capital rotate outside your window??? Location, location, location- at Bar 12- you can see all Ulan-Ude rotate by!

A restaurant with good location next to âSovjet squareâ (the square with the huge Lenin statue), very nice interiør, local atmosphere and fantastic Buryat food. Tried the 14 course menu ( donât worry, thats enough ) So well tasting and service descrete but excellent. Highly recommended
