Was there with friends 3 times, last time in saturday lunch at noon. Were informed by server that full menu is available after 2pm.Were offered menu of the day - 2 soups,2 main courses.Ended up with one of the 2 choices.Burger we had few days before we missed. That one was really good.Generally, food was great, service 2 times lousy, saturday amazing. This new place is clean, with a great food and amazing beer.Prices are fine.Nice place to visit - after 2pm!Bola som tam s priateľmi 3 krát, naposledy v sobotu na obed v poludnie.

Stylish restaurant cooking on mibrasa coal grill oven, non-pasteurised beers from the tanks. Specialities are steaks, burgers and traditional slovak food
We picked this restaurant in the village for lunch because it looked fresh, vibrant and had outside seating,..... till the thunderstorm started! After shifting to a table inside our orders were taken and our food arrived... in sort of bits and pieces. The food was superb though; fresh, tasty, some unique tastes and flavours. Loved the pasta straws, clever idea that sorts out any hassles with plastics. Lovely place to eat

Cafe Restaurant Zvonica is the place to go in Poprad if you are in the mood for authentic Slovak cuisine. Centrally located in the pedestrianized center of the city at Namestie Svateho Egidia 78, Zvonica offers a wonderful selection of superbly prepared Slovak dishes and various homemade pastries, including apple strudel and kolaches (nut rolls). Highly recommended for a first course are dumplings with sheep cheese, Bryndzové HaluÅ¡ky, similar to Italian gnocchi, topped with pieces of smoked bacon and sausage; and Kapustnica, Slovakiaâs most traditional soup, made with sauerkraut, potatoes, dried mushrooms, onions, and various smoked meats. The wait staff are warmly professional and speak excellent English. The extensive menu is reasonably pricedâand so are the excellent Slovak wines. Not to be missed.

We were recommended this place by a local, who said it had the best pizza in town. So expectations were high. The restaurant is tiny (5-6 tables), and much more a 'beer place' than a restaurant it appears. We were 3 kids & 4 adults, ordered quickly and told them to - if possible - serve the kids first. We waited 50' - asked twice if they could please speed up the kids' meals (Schnitzel & fries). We were told that they'd only 2 people in the kitchen cooking, so no option to speed things up.Pizzas finally arrived - they were good, average, but nothing extraordinary. If you come for beers, bring ample time with you, and are not half-starved and/or not a pedantic Pizza enthusiast, it's worth trying. Prizes are reasonable.
