This was my second visit to Etno Kuca. While the first one trully met my expectations, this time one dish (a veal chop) was below average. The veal supposed to be served in a prosciutto sauce but we didn't taste or saw any of the sauce. Beside that the chop definitely was not fresh, I had a feeling like chewing a rubber. We couldn't eat it so forwarded it to the house cat :)Other dish - beef skewer with vegetables - was ok, but nothing special. For the dessert we had a house made cherry cake which piece was too small. We mentioned to our waiter (who is very welcoming and polite btw) the veal was dissapointing but received no excuse from his side.Anyway, the Etno Kuca is a must while you are in Međugorje. I am sure this was only a bad day.

Restoran Vlado

I like my food. People who know me will tell you. I really liked what I ate in Restoran Vlado. I asked them to recommend something typical of the Herzegovina region and I ended up having a deliciously simple tomato and onion salad, some cevapi (grilled and lightly spiced meat rolls) with some of that delicious relish made of peppers known as 'ajvar'. When I finished my meal and took out my card to pay, the owner told me they didn't accept cards. Silly me. Embarrassing moment. Then he said... come back tomorrow, there's no problem! I was relieved and thankful and so the very next morning I took out some local currency and went and paid. I tried going back for dinner on two different evenings but the place was packed! I will hopefully get a chance to eat there again in the future.

The most important aspect of any restaurant is the quality of food and service, we are proud of both. Enjoy homemade traditional grill in a family atmosphere.
