Things to do in Lunteren
Is a friendly small place in Lunteren. They have a wide range of Turkish dished and so on. The prices are really accessible, however the quality is not the best.. Good to take away and eat at home or to fill your stomach if you really starving..
Dit restaurant is pas 3 maanden open. Compliment voor de keuken en de bediening. Ook een leuke locatie met een mooi terras. Maar vooral het eten was erg smakelijk en goed. Heerlijke ossenhaas, smakelijke friet, heerlijke gegrilde groenten. Ook nagerecht oké. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Went here with a big group. The fact that there is big sign in the same colors of a traffic sign saying "3 course menu for 29â¬" says everything. Place is very noisy and full due to the price. Service is very amateur. And the food was ok, but nothing remarkable. Not returning soon... Pity.

When we sat down in the outside area of this restaurant, I noticed a dead fish in the pond. I should have listened to my gut and walk away. I didn't, and I paid for that: I have not had such a bad restaurant experience in a very, very long time. As long as I can remember. We had to wait for more than 40 minutes for our food, and the waiter ignored us. When I finally got his attention, and asked whether we were going to get any food, he told me that they had just begun preparing it. There were 2 tables with in total no more than 10 guests before us. So I wondered why it took so long. He told me it was busy, and that he first had to attend to the large party that arrived after we had ordered. I told him I did no longer want to wait, and to cancel our order. As we walked inside to pay for our drinks, the food was coming out of the kitchen. I told them to keep it, because I had already asked for the order to be canceled, and I don't really mind to be lied to, then gather two hungry kids to which I have to explain we are going some place else, and then happily sit down for food that comes too late. Staff got very angry with me. Started insulting me about my understanding of the inner workings of restaurants. Told me I probably never eat at real restaurants and that I cannot expect them to work as quickly as McDonalds. Well, at McDonalds the food quality is probably comparable, and service is much nicer. When you then leave, after having paid for the drinks you had, and get a sarcastic "well, I hope you can find something to eat somewhere, but I guess not" thrown at you, when you walk out with two little children in tow, I can only conclude that the owners of this restaurant are heartless people who maybe work hard but are incapable of doing a good job of running a restaurant and welcoming guests. My advice: avoid this place at any cost. You're better off eating sand.

We went to have some dinner and really enjoyed ourselves! They have a big variety of pancake combinations (both sweet and salty ones). The service was superb, really kind and approachable waiter. There is plenty of parking available and a park for the kids.

Fresh fish dishes combined with delicious white wines and friendly service. A winning formula run by Kees Dijkhuizen and his wife. This place in the very centre of the lovely village Lunteren is absolutely worth a detour

We had a terrific dinner at De Wormshoef . The food is very good with a romantic inviting ambiance. Love the large fireplace where you can sit and enjoy the fire with a hot chocolate. The restaurant manager Christina has always been so helpful. Highly recommended.Eric, Robin and JiselleLake Como Beach ResortComo, Italy

We arrived rather late on a Sunday evening and the restaurant's terrace - which is nicely situated, in a tranquil spot at the forest edge - was quite empty, however, we were welcomed by a friendly waitress and received the best possible service. Ok, it's not cheap, but you wan't be disappointed. The food they serve is perfectly cooked, well-presented and of the best quality. This all added up to a wonderful experience, we will definitely come back here some time.

I was very disappointed from the student dinner (15⬠for 3 courses). Having a look at the menu, it looks very nice, but the three courses for students were a big disappointment. To begin with, the courses we got are not available on the menu itself. The best course was the soup, unfortunately not more than three sips. As a maincourse, we got a hamburger, with low-quality meat (kind of a Frikandel) and a very small portion of fries. The vegetarian option was some kind of puff-pastry with a bit of cale. The dessert was a slice of pink gelee. All in all, this was unfortunately not even worth the 15⬠we paid. It seems to be a good restaurant and I am sure the food might be better, but I wouldn't go back there and would not recommend to take the student dinner.
