We had our family of four there twice recently on visits to UCF. The weekend line can get quite long. The food was good. We try to find the locally owned establishments. This one is good for hearty breakfasts and lots of menu choices. My kids were happy with the waffle and pancake choices. I like the scrambled eggs over a bed of spinach. (It's served with sweet potato slices but I opt for tomato slices. The outdoor seating is available, by the bike trail. Enjoy, get there early.

This was one of our favorites while traveling through Central FL. Stopped for 10 AM breakfast, and two of us had traditional breakfasts (omelet and pancakes). The other person was able to get liver and onions! Everyone thought their meal was delicious. Portions were great, the prices were very reasonable, the restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. We will definitely stop here again if in the area.

Normally I would never leave a review if it's not good. But I've always lived coming here until recently. The cleaniess of the restaurant has me worried. The floors were filthy my last few visits. The tables were dirty when we sit down, even though they had been cleaned. Then the second visit we were placed by the door with the wall. The wall was so gross, that I realized it got worse from the last visit. I'm not sure why, but it definitely doesn't make me want to bring my family there again :(((((
