We had a meal here a year or so ago. Since weâre visiting this area again we thought weâd stop in for brunch. The place was a little busy. There was a wait for tables but open seats at the bar. The lady taking care of us was efficient and pleasant. It was fun sitting there watching the guys at the grill. Our food came quickly and it was good. Weâll be stopping in here again next time weâre in the area.

Across the street from the Wyndham George Washington Hotel in old town Winchester. Do not confuse this rest with Piccadilly Public House & Rest. Two different establishments. Thanks. Merry Christmas! AlRauf Sends...
Great breakfast- entertaining chat with Perry, who is great. If he is cooking you are sure to get a great breakfast; the lady who works with him is not quite so good. make sure you try his hot cake. Grits and shrimp are good too, plus the usual breakfast fare. Service is slow but everything cooked from scratch and you are entertained, if you care to be, by Perry and other guests as you all sit at the counter. Coffee was not strong enough for my taste, but that is not unusual as we only find good coffee in say 1 in 5 establishments. If you must have good coffee perhaps go to one of the reliable (expensive, but predictable chains first - you know the ones i mean). Fresh juice was good.

Had a nice stop for breakfast on our way down I-81. We've had not-so-good experiences with the one in Harrisonburg, but have had consistently good ones on Getty Lane in Winchester. We had friendly and quick service to go with good food. Coffee mugs and water glasses were kept full. The waffle was cooked perfectly. The double order of hashbrowns was huge, though it could have used a little more chili, and tasted great. With the right choice of toppings, the hashbrowns can be a meal themselves. Two of us had breakfast for less than $14 before the tip.The table and the restrooms were clean. The restaurant is just off 81, easy to get off and on, so it's convenient during a long drive down the highway.
