Stopped here for lunch. We each had a breakfast of eggs, bacon and pancakes. Move over Perkins, these pancakes have you beat as they were so light, fluffy and tasty. Yes the building could use some updates, but I'd rather have awesome food and service and that's what you get here. We'll be back!

WOW!!!Pancake is amazing, light and fluffy, about an inch thick and filled with blueberries. Sooooooo good!!Coffee is good and, of course, on free refills. And wonderful friendly service. Will definitely be coming back here! I ate about 5 hours ago, just a pancake and Iâm still full up!!
When this place opened last year I was so thrilled. I told everyone about it. Good old A&W. Their burgers were out of this world fabulous. Now, they are barely edible. They changed the meat. If you look at it closely it looks like little ground up tubes or veins and has a weird texture and flavor. They have changed the cheese. Doesn't taste at all like it first did. The toppings are becoming increasingly sparse, limp and not fresh quality. There is absolutely NO consistency in any part of this restaurant, that is sad. Sometimes the bacon in the bacon cheeseburger is rare and sometimes crispy. Sometimes there are lots of toppings, sometimes almost none. Sometimes mayo, sometimes none. The hot dogs often look like Slim Jims and sometimes they are fine. You just never know what you are going to get.The employees seem to be sadly lacking in training and leave things out of your order on a very regular basis.I hate writing bad reviews. But I hope A&W shapes this place up because we loved it when it first opened. We don't even go there anymore and it now has a very bad reputation in the area.

A great cafe with fresh bakery. It serves breakfasts and lunches.
Ate here with family on a Saturday for brunch. We were seated quickly and offered water right away. The menu here is expansive and they serve breakfast all day. There is truly something for everyone from light fare to large plates. There are also some Mexican specialties on the menu. I wasn't that hungry so I ordered a pancake--singular pancake and it came the size of the plate (as indicated on the menu). It was the biggest pancake I have ever had and ended up not being a part of the "clean plate club". Service was swift and our server was super friendly. Will definitely return again on our return to Danbury! Thank you Amelia's for a great experience!
