Wauconda Community Unit School District 118 serves students from kindergarten through 12th grade who live in Wauconda and surrounding communities (Island Lake, Lakemoor, Volo, and unincorporated sections of McHenry County). Bulldogs has a amazing number of great choices to choose from! The food they serve is delicious! You choose from a huge chalkboard menu on the wall, it's very colorful with different chalk colors. Look on the ceiling & you see pictures of some of their creations! The ambiance is 50's looking. More tables are in rear of restaurant, ( man cave), with posters of actors & decoration from 40's on! A fun place to eat with amazing & delicious food choices!

The Coffee Cup has been in downtown Lake Zurich since there has been a downtown Lake Zurich! (and that's a long time!!) Nothing fancy......just damn good food...⦠served the "old-fashioned" way. (Like a spoon served in your coffee -- not on the table!!) Not much of a "creative" menu -- just great bacon & eggs -- or ham or sausage!If you go -- you'll have a great "no-frills" breakfast -- so hop on over and enjoy ! BTW...â¦.they also serve a tasty lunch!!

First time to this little old fashioned diner and will probably return. Waitresses seemed to know everyone. Nothing fancy on the menu, just good basic breakfasts and lunches! Small place with about six booths for four and maybe the same amount for two. They also have a long counter where you can watch the food be prepared.
