The Surf Diner was an unexpected find right next door to our hotel. And ocean front dining right on the pier. The view can't be beat. The staff was prompt and friendly. The food was fresh and really good. And the prices were a great value. We will definitely eat there again when we're in the area.

Reminded me of the greasy spoon! Had dried on food on my fork and spoon. Afternoon seating, they ran out of sausages. Floors were a bit greasy, food really wasn't that great compared to other Denny's I've eaten at either. Won't be eating here again, was just convenient location from lodging stay.

We took a break from house preparations in anticipation of Hurricane Florence. Food was yummy despite the sparse crew at the restaurant. Hamburgers and hash browns were delicious and service was excellent!!!
