Once again, the wonderful Schmidt family looked after us during our visit to Austria. The food is so fresh, it brings back memories of childhood and a time when vegetables came straight from the garden. The serving staff are always friendly and the food is a delight. Not sure what else we could want

A fantastic experience, highly recommended. Great building with a fantastic view when you reach the top.The food is amazing and really lovely staff. I would recommend the platter with 3 different types of ribs. At â¬14 per platter, (3 half rack of very meaty, delicious ribs) you really can't go wrong. Loved the extra touches should as the metal bowl to put in the rib bones and the apron to wear whilst eating.
We stayed in Seeboden for 6 nights and ate here three times. The food was all good, but what made the place special was the lovely host. He was extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely tables on the terrace or in the garden and a small play area for the children. We ate at other restaurants close to this one, but this was by far the best. Highly recommended.

Was will man mehr?

I've been to this restaurant dozens of times and can honestly say that I've never had a bad meal here. Indeed, we always look forward to dining here as the food is as rustic and of such a quality that it is one of our favourite places to eat in the area. The staff are very friendly and courteous. It is always busy here (which speaks for itself) so if you have a party or four or more, I would recommend booking.
