Used to be terrific now it's living on it's past. My last 4 visits were 2 OK 2 burnt or over cooked and greasy. Wait staff over worked or talk to friends. Kind of dirty at times. I've stopped going.Len, Harsh is an understatement of your response and review but, I guess everyone has a bad day. We are not dirty and this review is unfair to say the least. Small businesses get the shaft next to the chain stores where the saying âyou get what you get and you canât get upsetâ comes to mind. You, cannot complain at the chain store because, it wonât get you anywhere and you cannot affect them the way you are trying to affect this place. For Small businesses on the other hand itâs a different ball game all together. The owners and the same familiar employees are there for years and try to give as much personal attention to each client as they can but, seeing as though itâs busy itâs difficult. We apologize that your experience with us has ended I wish you couldâve given us the chance to resolve the situation rather than take this approach.

Have been eating here at least once a week for years. Friendly, efficient staff with hands on ownership resulting in high quality food at a reasonable price. Usually order breakfast but have had a variety of items. Everything is fresh and cooked to order. Kitchen staff pay attention to special requests such as well done home fries. Well worth a visit.

Nice but clueless staff. Waitress who confuse orders. Low quality food. Hectic atmosphere. Poor value for the money.

Adelphia Diner476 Washington Ave.North Haven, Ct.One of the trademarks of a good diner is an incredibly large and diverse menu. Thereâs always something good for everyone to choose from no matter how diverse the group. Adelphia definitely fits the bill. They are always busy and at times crowded which is a testament to the preparation and quality. They offer a wide selection of options from breakfast style foods, sandwiches and wraps, appetizers, soups and salads to full sized dinners of fish, beef, chicken and pastas. The deserts and baked goods are made on the premises. This family run operation prides itself on good quality and good service. The owners and staff are pleasant and friendly. The décor is clean, neat and typically diner. This particular location was only recently opened.
I was in town for graduation at Quinnpiac University and was having breakfast with the Dean of the School of Business. I got there early and had two cups of coffee. The coffee was great, which is always a good indication. Service was fast and very attentive. After we ordered, it was only a matter of minutes before the food arrived. I had the French Toast and it was excellent. Food quality for the price and value was exceptional. They were open early and it really was the perfect location for an off campus conversation before the crowds arrived.
