Everyone raves about this place, and it's true! The food here is top notch and the service can't be beat, either. The wait staff hustles like few places we've ever been and they always manage to get it all done with a smile. The meals were great, with large portions and quick turn around from order time to delivery of the food. Try Frank's if you never have. You'll be glad you did!

A diner's diner dining experience. Yes, I just wrote that. This place been here for-ev-er, and it's been a few years since I've enjoyed them. It's a long drive from Cheney, but we were close (getting Hatch Chiles from DeLeon's) and I was aching for the magic triangles of a turkey club, which was my food focus on a lazy Saturday. However, I had to wait 25 minutes after I ordered because my beloved wife spends eons looking at a menu, and then orders the same one or two things she always orders. This time is was a French Dip, which of course, is one of the two things she always orders. The good part is I was able to drop a generous pour of double well vodka--no ice--and a crisp Kokenee, as the rest of the restaurant all stood and cheered when my wife finally ordered. Viva la paciencia....and griddle food...

Busy, small restaurant but worth the tight fit. Food is delicious and large portions. There were four of us so we had a good sampling of the breakfast menu. We all agreed, the food is very good. I had a California Benedict but since I don't care for sliced turkey, they nicely substituted sausage for the turkey. The Benedict sauce was quite tasty. It came with hashbrowns as well so there was plenty of food. The waffles were good too. Come hungry! We didn't sample the fresh squeezed orange juice but there it was, all those lovely oranges ready to be squeezed fresh for your order.
