Whether you are going for a quick cup of delicious coffee or a family sit down breakfast you will not be disappointed. The Fame Diner offers a variety of classic breakfast items as well as any combination of food items to suit your diet or palate. Served hot, fresh and plentiful you will be satisfied. We eat breakfast there once a week and are met with welcoming smiles and friendly conversation. We had never eaten dinner there but have called for take out/delivery burgers which are large, fresh and juicy! Give it a try.

Had lunch here with 2 friends as this restaurant that was near their job. Good Eats came highly recommended. I had their Hawaiian salad that was wonderful and large. It had grilled chicken, bacon, goat cheese, walnuts, grapes and pineapple on spinach with red peppers and onions. It was more then enough for 2 meals. My friends had a frittata and a burger that they enjoyed. I will definitely return but will be torn between ordering the same thing or trying something new. Their prices are reasonable.

Surprised there were so few decent breakfast/brunch places in Midtown. Went by Johnâs and had a great time. Good typical diner experience. Food was fair to good. Eggs are (not sure why) very good. Fresh OJ! Decent sausage links. Smaller place but very efficient. Worth a visit!

This was our first time eating here. We found it on Trip Advisor. We really enjoyed eating here. They offered a full diner type menu-breakfast and brunch selections, burgers(7 oz), salads, vegetarian panini or wraps, sandwiches, desserts, milkshakes, smoothies and coffee drinks. I had challah French toast with fruit. My husband had an omelette with cheddar cheese and mushrooms. Both our orders included fresh orange juice and coffee. Everything was freshly prepared and very tasty. In addition we had very good service. If we are in this area again we will definitely eat here. One other thing - they have both indoor and outdoor seating.

This is what an American Diner is about.. Take the 7 line to the front door...Red leather and polished chrome....spotless...Huge menu choice and big portions...best pancakes and syrup I've had in years....so good we returned for dinner and were really pleased. This place is a hidden Gem....even if not staying nearby...it is worth a visit for great food, value and atmosphere.

This great little place was just down the block from my hotel, and Iâm so glad it was. Super friendly staff, from our server to the manager and cook/chef. The dinner portions were huge! If you order a dinner, be prepared to eat a ton of food, the meals themselves were large, but add the breads, the salads and pasta, and your got an idea of the amount you are served. The menu is both old school diner with burgers, sandwiches, and breakfasts, as well as fajitas, paninis, souvlakia, pasta and a whole variety of other options. I loved this little place. If I lived in Queens, this would be a regular haunt for me

Stopped in here recently on a trip to Brooklyn and was not disappointed. I got the reuben and a chocolate shake. The sandwich was delicious and came with an equally good salad (could have swapped for fries but I'm at a vegan diner, should get something that's, you know, good for me). The shake was very good but not as good as some vegan chocolate shakes I've had in Philly. I believe the description said it was made with chocolate (vegan) ice cream. If so, that would explain it - the best chocolate shakes are made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. I also found the price point to be a little high but I realized I often have that reaction when I do anything involving money in NYC. It's a good spot to know about and when I was there it truly hit the spot!
