When I say Munday's is an old fashioned diner I say it in the best way possible. Everything tastes like it was cooked by your Mom. I especially love breakfast there. The pancakes are always delicious as are all the eggs. You will never be disappointed here.

What could be better than friends and really good food? NothingWhatever you order, the choices are numerous and the portions huge. My favorites are their burgers....any style burger, their chicken sandwiches, French toast, waffles, turkey clubs....you name it. And, for you senior citizens they give you a 5% discount just for asking. This place gets crowded but turnover is quick and service very good.

The diner has been going down hill, farther and farther, since the renovations and then Peter left, which was a long time ago. Then there was the scandal when the Feds seized the place for failure to pay taxes. Advance to today with the three new owners. The place is like a ghost town most times. The one owner who works the day does not have any finesse or people skills. In fact, he tried to rob me of the proper change the last time I came, simply giving me the coin change but not the change of the $40, which was about $7 in bills and some coins. Also, this last visit, the food quality was poor. My coleslaw arrived with a chick pea on top. When I pointed it out to the waitress, she was had attitude that nothing was wrong. Also, the prices have really gone up. My friend ordered breakfast and I ordered lunch from the special menu, and the bill was $32 and change. Really, so not worth it. I recommend Skorpios or Neraki if looking for Greek food in Huntington. Both have very nice owners who actually appreciate their customers. For burgers, try the new burger place on Main Street. Radio Radio is hopping for drinks and dinner, as is its sister Barbeque restaurant next door. Looking for diner food? Try Mundays on the same side of the street a few blocks east.Thank you for the feedback. It is not fair to respond for the previous owners since I donât even know them. I am sure and I hope that the issue with the change was done in error. The quality of the products we use is top of line and I would love to show you or even post on this site the invoices and pictures of our products.we use only the freshest ingredients. The same ingredients we feed our own familyâs with. Last I would like to address the issue you have with the prices. The prices have not gone up or down since the ownership change since we are physically using the exact same menu as the previous owners. Our new menu should be out by the end of March and lowering prices is something we are seriously considering. Thank you again for the feedback and promise you that we will do our best for nobody else has a similar experience like yours.

This diner is typical of metro area diners. The service is quick, efficient and alwayspleasant. Coffee and water keep coming. Whatever you order, you better be hungry as the portions are huge (to justify prices). Only real drawback is the preponderance during the day of numerous tables with noisy children and parents who are very laissez-faire. So not quiet enough for nearby conversations.
