We sat down on the almost empty terrace on a hot Saturday after 2 pm. I orderd fish with parsley-postatoes, my hubend tried the pork knuckle with dumpling. The fish came with a serve-yourself salad. We very very satisfied in the end, the portions very huge and tasty.Thank you very much for your positive review.

.... typisch österreichisch und lecker.Ob Brettljause (serviert mit Schnaps am Brettl) oder Essigwurst, alles sehr geschmackvoll serviert mit Schwarzbrot.Auf das Essen muss man ein bisschen warten wenn der Gastgarten voll ist, die Lage im Grünen und direkt an der Traun ist aber herrlich.

On top of the Katrin alm you have two options to eat. One had its closing day of the week so we decided to take this one. This one is the highest right next to the "seilbahn". I ordered the Wiener Schnitzel (12,90 Euro). It was good although a little thin in my opinion. The fries though were very good. After all a good meal but not more than that. Next time I will try the other.
