Main Street (US 9) Forked River NJIF you are in this Forked River area, stop in and enjoy.Don't let the ole-time 'diner-image' fool you; thoughcozy inside, the breakfast we had was delightful.Decent menu selections at a good price. The friendly & attentive table serverwas very considerate in helping us choose & tailorour selections. The only thing you needto be mindful about, is that you need to bring CA$Has this wonderful establishment does NOT takeANY Type of Credit Cards; NO CREDIT CARD$accepted; so remember to bring CA$H!Your meal won't break the bank so it was worth itfor us to bring the Green to enjoy the worth-while meal.

You should try The Lacey Diner! The staff members were friendly and helpful and the focus was on the people. There were many menu items, reasonable priced and tasty, and the food was made to order. Great choice!

First time in Waretown and at this restaurant. Adequate parking, clean and bright. Large dining area with contemporary design. Booths are clean and well maintained, no patches or broken cushions.Ordered cream of turkey soup, had to ask to have heated then it was great! I ordered liver and onions with mashed potatoes. Not much of choice of vegetables settled for mixed. Liver was excellent potatoes were bland and veggies tepid. Sent back. Cook chose to remake entire order?Had to wait and was hungry. Much better second meat was superior to the first. Veggies were firm and hot. Came with pudding, got rice, do not have Tapioca. Rice pudding was good.
