The city is south of Saint Paul and lies on the south bank of the Minnesota River, upstream from the confluence with the Mississippi River. Nice, bright diner-style restaurant good for families. All meals were quite good. One odd thing, however. The grandson had a turkey on toast which came on a bare plate with his fries. I had the special of country fried steak, mashed potatoes and sausage gravy. The country fried steak and potatoes were on a plate covered with paper. Seems it should have been the other way round.Good service and excellent strawberry milkshakes!Thank you! We really appreciate your generosity. It's always nice to know that we are moving in the right direction.

Best diner food Iâve had since Iâve moved here! Try it out, fast and polite service and great food! I go to diners for breakfast food but my friend got a chicken burger on a pretzel bun that was delicious as well!

My 2 year old granddaughter and I visited Wednesday morning before our play date and although it took awhile to order our food was excellent, once we ordered our server was attentive and very friendly. This place is small but very clean, comfortable and homey, hot, good food and nice people.Thanks so very much!!!
