The B&J Diner in downtown Calhoun, Georgia offers great food at very reasonable prices and is a favorite with the locals. The friendly staff are helpful and quick to get their patrons served in the open kitchen restaurant. The food is fantastic and delicious and lunch portions satisfy even the hungriest of customers.For a good home cooked meal be sure to stop in and enjoy a stroll along the shops downtown.

Stopped in for our usual breakfast. Very crowded but they found us seat quickly.Theresa our waitress was there with coffee almost before we asked. A trainee(no name) was refiling our cups and asking if we needed anything. Other staff greeted us also. Staff were all smiling and laughing all the time we were there with us and all the other customers. We are most certain to go there again. Best of the Waffle Houses we have visited.

But not quite up to expectations. We just stopped in for a quick meal. It was quick, and service was excellent. My wife ordered a cheeseburger. The cheese was not melted and appeared to have been added as an after-thought. Her fries, as well as mine, were a tad salty. Edible, and no e overall.I ordered the spicy sriracha burger. It had plenty of jalapenos peppers as pictured, but the sriracha sauce was too lightly applied so was lost in the burger. Both burgers were cooked nicely.
