Weâve eaten here a number of times and the food is always great and large portions. If I was to suggest one thing is have the hostess give the menus to the patrons right as they sit down. Waiting for a waitress to bring you a menu slows the whole process down and sometimes forces you to get up and a get a menu yourself. Not a good start. Otherwise, all is well!

This one of our must restaurants wen we visit the region. Open for breakfast and lunch only. We like the down-home specials, breakfast anytime, and sandwiches. Portions are designed for defensive linemen, so plan on a second meal with the leftovers-- unless you are a lineman (defense or offense). The wait staff treat everyone like regulars and seem to anticipate your needs.

Followed some recommendations to reach this low key place.It has a small interior place that was packed, for good reasons and a small outside area as well. See pictures attached.The decor is very modest but the service excellent and the prices affordable.Had one of the special breakfasts that came with 3 eggs, grits and pancakes as well.Fresh, nice, but don't expect to be floored with unique drizzle of flavors; just a home made breakfast.Would do it againP.s. Please note that they accept cash only which in my opinion doesn't belong in this area anymore... unlike areas in NY Queens and Brooklyn

Group of 8 on a weekday night. No problem getting seated. Everyone ordered the dinner special which includes soup or salad, entrée, dessert, beer, wine or soft drink. Food is tasty not high quality but good. Portions are a good size. Many choices for entrees including meats and fish Italian or Greek style. Service is very good. Atmosphere is family and couples. Nothing fancy just very good value for a big meal and good service. The price was $13.99 if you pay cash. $2 more if you use a credit card. Not many p laces you can get a meal like this at that price. All in all well worth the visit.
