My wife, adult daughter and I had breakfast with two friends here on a Friday morning at 9 in late July. We ordered coffee, three kinds of eggs Benedict, juice and another entree. Service was prompt and attentive and our coffee cups stayed well filled. We enjoyed our meal, and the bill with 20% tip came to $85 which seems fine for feeding 5 of us a sizable breakfast. Ambiance here is not fancy, so it gets a 4. Food was tasty, so it gets a 4. Location is good, right on Broad off New Street, so location gets a 5, and value gets a 4, while service gets a 5. That works out to an overall 4. This was our second time eating at Billyâs and we likely will do so again next time we are in Bethlehem.Hello PhilosophicalOldGuy, I appreciate the in depth review. It helps us see where we can improve and to see what we are doing right. We'll definitely work on making sure the ambiance is set right, as well as keep making sure our food is up to the standards that we have become known for. I hope next time you come visit we will have earned all 5s! Thanks again, and see you soon

Best place for Sunday breakfast, food is fresh, pipping hot and delicious, we love the pecan stuffed french toast oh sooo good. The omelets are also very different and delicious, we have tried the Spanish, chorizo and the hulk. The staff is efficient and friendly, they are a well oiled machine in keeping people fed and the tables turned on a steady pace. Highly recommend it!

My son and I stopped here last night for a quick dinner. We live in NYC where Waffle House is nonexistent. Waffle House is great for what it is-an in assuming diner. This location was clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. My son had the pork chop dinner and I had cheese eggs with grits. Everything was cooked well and was tasty. The whole bill was under $20. We enjoyed it and would definitely dine there again.
