Nice and close right off the Forest Hill exit on highway 80. Extremely courteous and professional wait staff. The 2-egg breakfast with thick smoked bacon was off the hook delicious. Their coffee is piping hot (just how I like it) and they have those great little flavored creamers. I will definitely stop thru here on my next road trip.

Stopped here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Nice mom and pop local feel in this strip mall located restaurant. We were seated straight away. Decent selection of breakfast options. I had the Veggie Omelette while my wife ordered âThe Mess.â Service was super attentive. Quite honestly, we could have ordered just one breakfast and split it between us. This was a lot of food for us â good, but plenty. As we were travelling in the area, also too much to finish and not able to take away what we didnât eat. So instead of leaving food, I ate as much as I could stomach â and hence, no additional meal needed this day.

Hubby liked that we could sit and dine and he could watch sorts on the large tv. And it was not so noisy as some bar restaurants

Friendly young people waiting on tables, all with smiles and small talk. Food was typical Mel's hamburgers and fries. What I especially liked was we split a milkshake and the waitress brought it to us in two separate milkshake glasses each with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Yes, we'll go back.
