We started coming to Mr. Allison's Restaurant after we found out how good the ham was. Their portions are huge and everything, including entrees without ham are really good. Our server, Kim W., was attentive and efficient. We were with my 6 yr. old and 13 yr. old grandkids. My 6 year old granddaughter ordered the Oreo cookie pancakes, which she pronounced as excellent. My grandson ordered biscuits and gravy which was a good-sized portion and was very tasty. We ordered a ham sandwich without any sides, as well as a 1/2 ham sandwich and a cup of chicken rosemary soup. Both were very good. The total price was reasonable.

Big, excellent breakfasts at reasonable prices. After trying about 10 breakfast places in Florida, I can say the places down here are clueless about good breakfasts. If you order a bacon omelette down here, you will get bacon bits! Hash browns may not be brown! A "3-egg omelette" in FL is very small, about 1/2 the size of TNT.

Great service, good food, very reasonable! Coffee awesome! The slams were good, everyone's breakfast hot and plenty of food. Had to nearly roll out of there we were so full. Our server, a very nice gentlemen always had a smile, was quick to refill our coffee and make sure we had everything we needed to go with our breakfast. He was very personable and made our breakfast very pleasant! Wished all restaurants could be this nice. A clean place, good reasonable food, great service! What more can you ask for? I am so glad we get to go back again tomorrow!!! Thank you Denny's for having such a great server! Plus a 15% discount with my AARP card made it a great deal.
