Six of us ate at the Everett Street Diner just after finishing a 4-day backpacking trip in the Smokies. We limped in 10 minutes before closing, but were warmly welcomed by the owner as if we were the first customers of the day. Our server Beverly treated us right, and made the experience for us. All of the food was yummy and satisfying. We especially enjoyed the talents of the pastry chef Mrs. Pie. The burgers were perfect, but we are glad we treated ourselves to dessert as well.Thank you 708hollj for the wonderful note. We appreciate that you looked us up and joined us for that “first” meal. Come back and see us again when you hike the rest of that trail.

We stopped in for lunch. All of us ordered something different and everyone enjoyed their meal. Friendly staff. Seemed like a family run business. They have limited hours, looked like some nights they either close early or aren't open. Good lunch option

In one day I had lunch and dinner here because it was the closest restaurant to the Ironhorse Motorcycle Lodge. The air conditioning barely worked and it was a hot August day outside. The food was ok. I had a cheeseburger for lunch and a catfish dinner. They do not serve alcoholic beverages.

This is a traditional meat and three type of cafe. The atmosphere is cozy as it might appear from the picture. Our service was very accommodating as we arrived with several in our group. We were staying in the area so it was important for us to have a good place to eat. My husband ordered fried catfish and I had a veggie plate. Everything was very good. As another reviewer said, it's not gourmet but it is good comfort food. We'll be returning to Robbinsville again in September and will definitely be eating here!A very basic website would help stir traffic to the location, although it is right where to turn to go to Iron Horse Motorcycle Lodge so it already gets great exposure.
