Every day, all year round for lunch and dinner menu at ⬠15 with an appetizer, maincoures, dessert and various dishes. Home cooking, fresh produce. On the terrace in summer, near the fireplace in winter. Friendly atmosphere and everytime with a smile.
It isn't often you find a restaurant that offers a combination of great service, knowledgeable and well informed staff and of course, great, local food. Restaurant Lassus meets all of these criteria. My family and I visited in August and even though the village, Boloquere is a very quiet location, the restaurant was full. Clearly good news travels fast. This family owned and managed restaurant was a joy. The Mother and Daughter waiting combination were attentive in a relaxed way. Many country French restaurants can be 'slow' to serve, this is not a negative comment but more of a different cultural approach to dinning out. Despite being busy, staff at Restaurant Lassus were able to give us the time we needed to enjoy our food and at no time did we feel rushed or ignored. They got the perfect balance. The Father is the main chef and also a very welcoming and friendly gentleman. In short, this is a great find and a restaurant I would certainly recommend.

I went to this lovely snack restaurant for lunch. It has beautiful views of the mountains and seating inside or outside. The food was so good that I returned for a snack later. The owner was very polite and accommodating - I asked for roast chicken and salad instead of chips. He gave me a massive portion of salad and three big and delicious pieces of chicken. Later I returned for the best gazpacho I have ever had - I had lots of gazpacho in Spain but this was definitely the best - freshly made a full of flavour. They also have burgers, kebabs, pizza and sandwiches. I couldn't believe how cheap the dishes are and how fresh and generous the portions are. On top of it the service was delightful and I highly recommend going there when you visit the wonderful thermal springs of St Thomas!

Bakery, pastry shop, take away, regional specialties restaurant, waffle, pancakes, cider, etc.It is not easy to define this place but all the home made traditional food is excellent. We were there for lunch and for an afternoon snack and highly recommend it if you wish to taste some traditional regional food. Kitchen is not open for dinner, but you can take away most meals to enjoy them elsewhere.
