Mohegan Lake, or, rarely, Lake Mohegan, is a census-designated place (CDP) located in the Town of Cortlandt and partially in the Town of Yorktown, both in Westchester County, New York. Mohegan Lake was named "Lake Mohegan" in 1859 by William Jones, who owned the Mount Pleasant Hotel on the East side of the lake. The change dates back to the early 1970s before which residents commonly referred to it as "Lake Mohegan", the name still used by the United States Census Bureau for the CDP. Why would you waste your money here when there are a lot of deli's in town? Cold cuts are awful and staff is cheesey on the toppings. There is a reason it's five bucks Pass it buy.
My daughter discovered this deli. Situated in toddville easy in and out. The owner is happy to speak with you and talk about this wonderful place. We bought sandwiches Italian combo and panini. It's delicious fresh and happy. Coffee was great. Fresh items and lots of choices. Give it a try.
